The bread was over cooked but the skinny chicken club was nice but nothing special. I also had the Mac an cheese as filling but not flattering.Total:$17.60 through DoorDashI wouldn’t stop to eat it but if I’m hungry and it’s the only menu in my drawer I’ll order.
Delicious sandwich shop over by Legacy West that has polite staff and a pretty good variety on the menu. I found myself coming back!
No wonder this company is going downhill. Sit at the counter for 5 minutes when there was no one in line and three employees walking around stocking chips. When the single sandwich maker finally looked up, I told him I would like a Cubano. He looks up at the picture trying to figure out the ingredients, and asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I said whatever cheese comes on a Cuban. He said I have no idea and didn't ask any of the numerous employees in the vicinity. Additionally, when I unwrapped the sandwich that I was patiently waiting to devour, it was broken in multiple pieces. Who thinks that is acceptable to serve a broken sandwich when someone is paying new sandwich prices?
Food was good almost an hour before we got it was not delivered when promised I called the store and all they said was its out for delivery I asked hiw long and she couldn't tell me
Not sure what went on with the chicken pot pie soup. I always get it and it’s always delicious..yesterday it was thin and tasteless..not at all like it normally is. I was super disappointed because I drove 45 minutes to pay for something that was completely unenjoyable! I hope they were having just a bad soup day!
Filthy place. Floor, tables, fountain area! Gross. Of the 4 team members behind the counter, 1 was actually doing any work. The other 3 were goofing off and laughing. No one came out to clean tables.The bathroom was a spectacular mess. No cleaning done at all. there appeared to be a management meeting going on while we were there. About 8 folks were chatting at a table. One person was reading reviews that customers had sent in. They were laughing. This place has gone in the crapper. The weird thing is...the food tasted great! Go figure. If we would not have been starving, we'd not have stayed. And won't go back due to poor customer service and filth galore!
I honestly NEVER leave reviews. No matter how awful. I run a business myself so I really understand. Especially being short staffed. However this is about the 6th time I’ve had an issue with this place. Never on time. Catering order to get delivered put down the address and all. Exact suite location. They claim they couldn’t find it so just took it back and never let me know. So I paid for $150 catering order to not get delivered 3 hours passed the time I needed it for my own employees. Amongst SO many other problems. Again, I get you might be short staffed. Where isn’t! But man. Do better.
This is our favorite sandwich shop. Every sandwich is great and the sides are good as well. This is our lunch go to.
I came in during lunch time yesterday and ordered a Turkey Swiss sandwich and golly I have not had a sandwich so damn good in a very long time. I even went back through the line and ordered another to take home. I snagged this picture with my Canon 1DX Mark II and wow you just tell the quality from the 4k photo. Definitely recommend 100x over.
I went here earlier today for my pick up order I placed online. I guess today was some sort of buy one get one free for sandwiches. Staff here did an amazing job keeping up with the amount of orders. The pickup shelf was completely filled with probably 30 or so bags, plus they had more bags being made and a never ending printer printing more orders out. Camden was the guy bagging orders and he made sure everyone's order was made right and followed all of my special requests. He even seemed to be helping the people eating for-here and addressed everyone who came in. Really professional and I'll be back next time!
