When ordering online you should probably check to make sure it has everything you ordered. Nearly every time I order I ask for a side of dressing they end up forgetting to include it. End up having to go back and ask them for it. Not a huge deal just kind of frustrating.
Good place to grab their tasty sandwiches. They have a small dine-in option, whic my wife and i used it for a leisurely dinner.
Great staff during the lunch rushes, the food always tastes nice and fresh, Pretty much anything you order here will be tasty.
PotBelly in General has always been great with online pick up orders but this location on Park Blvd is terrible. I live really close by so I have no choice but to order from there a lot of times and every single time I come to pick up my food its not ready. I end up waiting another 15 minutes for it to be ready. They dont even use the online order shelves. One time I had to wait in line to go up to the counter and ask for my order which she just had sitting right next to her on the counter instead of on the pick up shelf. Most of the time its faster to order in person than to order online and pick up. Really wish management would change here or something, it's not being done right like other locations.
First time to try this place. Food was tasty, tables dirty. No one ever walked around to clean off tables, giving it a “park with dirty picnic tables” vibe. Apparently, all sandwiches are toasted (?) we didn’t realize that and weren’t asked…counters are tall so you can’t tell they are being toasted. I was fine with that, others in party were not happy. Spent $11-$15 per person.
The most incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. I drive for Uber and every time I go in there, they never have the order ready, and they have no idea what they’re even supposed to give me. They’re always rude, and they’re always taking forever. Each time is at least a 15 minute wait, even if there’s no one in the entire restaurant. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars. I purposely go to other BBQ places just to spite them and not give them my business.
Ordered from Potbelly's using Active Menus, food was delicious as always and ready when I arrived. Was in and out quickly, sandwiches were warm and made as ordered. 5 Stars!
Great place to eat, the food is amazing, last time I went it was super busy, one of the people behind the bar was a little rude to me, but I understand there was a lot of people there, anyway, will continue to eat there, I've loved everything I've tried.
My family has started visiting weekly, and enjoyed it each time.The Powerhouse salad is my favorite, but my wife and son love their sandwiches.We've also come to really like their Voodoo chips. They're worth trying!
