DO NOT TRUST ANY REVIEWS ABOVE A SINGLE STAR! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered a meal online, and when it arrived, half of the meal was missing. I understand maybe missing something small, but 4 ORDERS OF SIDES? That just seems on purpose. As soon as I saw what I had received, I dialed their number, to which I didn't receive a single answer for over an HOUR. Ridiculous that people still even go here, it should be completely shut down.
We ordered fried shrimp, and they gave us some leftover and it does not taste like shrimp at all; We ordered Mild Tenders, and they gave us re-fried Spicy tender; We ordered Mild Chicken, and they gave SPICY, OLD, and SMALL Chicken and missing several pieces. We were waiting to order while there are NOBODY in front of us. Absolutely disappointed at this Popeyes and I don’t think we will come back again!
I'm glad they're building a new Popeyes in Allen. I hope they shut this one down. Last time I came here they got my order wrong. This time, horrible service, very rude, talking over me as I'm politely asking a question of where specifically they want me to wait on my food (ordered 30 minutes ago online, still waiting for them to give it to me). Update-- just got it, the girl tried to give it to the car behind me also waiting. Ugh. Bad, bad service. Rude. Please at least fire these people.
The service was so slow! I really think they skipped my order as it was a single combo but there was a large order just ready and waiting the whole time I was sitting at the window. The drive thru attendant was also concerned and curious as to why it was taking so long. I could see him asking the back staff about my order and why it wasn't ready. I talked to someone else who frequents this location and they said this is the normal service of this location.
Anyone adding 5 stars is lying. This place sucks. The orders are always wrong and management doesn't care. I try not to come here but I figured I'd give them a try after 3 months. Today I order 2 piece dark and the chicken looked like it came from a small hen. Can't go inside because the doors are still locked due to pandemic. News flash Popeyes everyone else has open dinning and I'm sure your staff is out in the world like everyone else. Anyway I went back through the drive to ask for another piece of chicken to replace the hen size they game me and the girl in the window act like she didn't care. I showed her the meal and she shrugged her shoulders. I was given another piece but it was the same small hen size. I called to talk to manager but as usual no one answers the phone. Just close the location down. The staff doesn't want to be there anyway.
Had fish sandwich & fried shrimp that was good. Chicken sandwich was great.
The food is good but the service sucked! The cashier was being very rude and didn’t want to listen to what we were wanting to order and my fiancé wanted a chicken sandwich with no sauce and no pickles got the no pickles right but not the no sauce part and when I asked her to repeat the order she was being very very unprofessional about it my fiancé and I won’t be coming back to this location ever again!
Its always a problem here missing something or food not cooked or out of stock or have to honk 10times until someone answers like they just want people to leave a shame best chicken growning up but now we don't even want our kids eating here smh i gave them a 3 stars now a 1 star my food and my 2 year old almost ate uncooked chicken after 40mins in drive thru why is my food raw
Good and quick service. Professional staff. Thought costs for the two items ordered were a little high. My total for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich + Large Sweet Tea totaled $7.88 which was a bit surprising. Regardless the chicken sandwich did not disappoint.
I got a 10-piece or 12 piece family chicken. The chicken pieces were old and horrible after one piece went through the chicken away the sides were okay needless to say I will not be going back to this particular facility or maybe buying Popeyes Chicken for a while.
