We went today. It was very busy. Both my husband and I were in service industry so we are very understanding and patient. We waited 15- 20 minutes with no drink order. People sitting down after us had drinks and their orders taken. I went up to the hostess and asked her if she knew who was taking care of us because we had been waiting 15- 20 minutes, we understand it’s very busy but tables around us who just sat down were being served. She went to the back and then came back and said we have over 200 people here. We’re behind and walked off. No offer to get us our drinks. The food here is not worth the poor service. We typically go to Snooze or legacy west if we want some high end breakfast/ brunch. So we got up and left. We decided to try the Red Truck Cafe down the street. The food was fantastic. The service was literally night and day from poor richards. I don’t understand why people would wait to eat here with the poor service when you have similar places to go with better service. It’s over hyped and not worth a long wait.
[5/17/2022][$12] a big family comfortable easy going breakfast joint serves variety of hearty breakfast items. The restaurant had a decent crowd on Tuesday late morning. I liked an egg Benedict combo [5★] and my companion didn’t like a vegetarian omelet [3★]. [Averaged 4☆] Biscuits were bland. The servers were very cheerful and friendly. We will give this restaurant another try.
Great place. The atmosphere is very homely. We've had them hand us a menu and just point to where to go sit, which I don't mind. There is always a crowd, but it never takes long to get a table. I'm not going to say the food is transcendent or anything, but it is good, consistent, and reasonably priced. This is a regular place for us now.
Never heard of this place til a friend of mine told me about it. This restaurant is surely a gem. I will be returning back for the great service n food.
Very busy place on Sunday morning, but people didn't have to wait long to get a table because the restaurant is very big. We had a variety of breakfast foods, and everything was excellent except the chicken fried steak which could barely be cut with a knife and the pancakes which were definitely overcooked. We asked for iced tea four times from our server and other servers who passed by our table before it was finally delivered. We had four people in our party, and tables for four were definitely too small for the number of plates needed.
This is the worst service we've ever had. Our waitress, which was the Manager forgot us until she seen after 30 minutes waiting. We seen other guests seated, ordered, got food, eaten, and left while we was still waiting. We got up and left then the waitress/Manager said our food is coming. DO NOT GO EAT THERE!!! We give them No stars.
After not having Venta for Richards in over a year my son and I decided to go there for breakfast last Saturday besides the horrible inexperience waitress who got our entire order incorrect she also charged me à la chare for eggs bacon she asked me toast or English muffin I said English muffin that was à la cart and she said fries or home fries I said fries my son will eat them that was also à la carte additionally I ordered a works salad it arrived just lettuce she said I’ll just bring you the toppings I said no I want a fresh one that’s made properly we also ordered the fries well-done both the fries I ordered and the fries that came with my son’s chicken tenders they came out practically raw terrible experience don’t plan on going back anytime soon! When I got to the cash register to pay and realize that she had put my entire breakfast on as all the cart items I was really agitated to say the least I asked to speak to the owner apparently she wasn’t available another waitress came over and was not the kindest
Wonderful location for a home cooked meal and a great environment.I ordered the Fajita Omelette with the mix of Chicken and Steak. A side order of Country Potatoes and a Pancake. Water was served complementary with a Signature Coffee blend.Great meal! Definitely, check out this location whenever you're in the area.You'll be glad you visited!

Great service, great plates , i will visit again,The food is great,The omelette was amazing! I ordered the Veg. One. The pancakes were great, however i do recommend to get them just with butter , i got them with chocolate and it was not the best for me.I do highly recommend this place, stop by and I’m sure you will like it
