Service is great. Toppings portioned well. But the oven sucks. Gives the burnt grimey taste that takes away from the flavor. This location should start putting the cheese on top of toppings to preserve te goodness.
Ordered 2 pizza ...27.00 they were so bad we called and spoke to manager ...she gave 15 00 credit ...decided to order again .. for the 15.00 credit and it was even worse !!!! Do not want any more credit from Pizza Hut ....don't they ever taste what they are serving ????
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Pizza Hut since the 90's. The pizza was piping hot, and it was absolutely delicious. Reminded me of when I used to go with my family to the actual "Hut" back in the day. I can't remember the gentleman who helped me, but he was extremely professional and could be hired anywhere. He was wearing a hat with his name tag attached to the hat. Everyone that worked there seemed to be engaged and knew exactly what their job was. We will be back! Thanks, DiCarlo.
I waited 20 minutes beyond when it was supposed to be done and finally received my pizza which was definitely over done. The crust was very hard also.
The pizza was ready on time, and the stuffed cheese crust, along with the Sausage & Pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers was extremely tasty.
Ordered a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza. Got a pepperoni and a sausage and pepperoni. Not sure why. Checked the order before I hit complete. Everything else was fine. just had to go get a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza from little ceasars as I could not get anyone to answer the phone at pizza hut. Now I know who I should pick up from next time.
Everything ordered was hot, and fresh as if I was eating there. It was great and quick. Very good job!
when I order I get pepperoni and bacon , There is little pepperoni and even less bacon . I use to get banana peppers , However you chg $2.25 for extra item , in which I would not mind paying ,but there is very little added.great job finally. thank you
The food was good, but what was really impressive was that I was early, and two different team members apologized for it not being ready. I appreciated that, even though it was my fault.
This Detroit Pizza was un-eatable. Way too much sauce, hardly any sausage and only a couple mushrooms. I have always ordered a thin crust Italian and mushroom previously and never been disappointed.
