Very good menu and ways to customize your dish. The appetizers are also very good.
Nice place to eat. Food quality was good. Manager here was super nice. We wanted lot of food for visiting high school game kids, and she made sure that we had everything with food with us.
Very tasty. The crispy calamari is wonderful. We add it to anything we get. This location I made a comment to the supervisor about everything tasting great and he asked if it was our first visit and we chatted a bit. He was very nice. Most of the workers were smiling and nice/helpful. No one looked grumpy. The line moved very fast. The place was clean and nice.We were passing through the city on vacation, but will definitely return on our next time through.
I absolutely love this location. My sister and I come here a lot for a quick bite between jobs, and the food is so good I have been coming here for dinner. The staff is awesome, Heather always remembers me and it is so great to see that quality of customer service in a “fast food” establishment. I hesitate to call it fast food because it is obviously a whole other level. Twelve stars, highly recommend.
A great option for anytime... fast casual and always a treat! My daughter is picky and she LOVES their spaghetti Pomo! The calamari tastes better than most higher end sit down restaurants! Never been overcooked! Definitely a go-to. They are always friendly and quick!
Fraudulent practices at the corporate level, misleading practices at local level.Corporate level: I placed an order online to pick up food at this location. The website offered me a discount to create an account with them. I created an account, but the discount was not applied.Local level: One of the pickup options was curbside delivery to my car. I picked that option. I got a message to click a link to let them know when I had arrived, so they could bring the food out. I followed all the instructions, and got there before time, and waited. Well beyond the promised time, I was still waiting. Finally got tired of waiting and went in to the store. My food was sitting on a shelf getting cold. If they were short staffed and didn't have somebody who could bring the food out, why promise that option at all? Why not just tell me I had to come in? Also tried calling them twice while I was waiting, nobody answers the phone.Neither one of the above is a big deal by itself, but all together this leaves a very negative impression.
It was my first time there wanting to eat somewhere new. The staff was friendly and the food is pretty good. Lots of flavor for sort of a fast food concept. (assembly line)
Ordered pasta with salmon. I understand the wait but my pasta got disgustingly cold. I wish they would make the salmon then build your bowl. The cashier said she would bring it out to me and never did. Turns out my order was sitting up there for like 10 minutes in addition to it already sitting out waiting for the salmon. Disgusting
I love this place. Dine in and take out. The pasta is great, the protein bowl was tasty, and it’s always so clean inside.
Piada is literally my favorite restaurant! The customer service is impeccable. Ingredients are fresh and the food is just delicious! I really appreciate the person at the register who helped me the other day. I can’t thank you enough! This is an amazing establishment!
