Service was great, very friendly wait staff, nice atmosphere. Meat on Pad Thai dish could have been tenderized more…..a little chewy. Egg rolls on the very pricey side but very tasty and beautifully presented.
Feb 2022- No dine in. When I walked in, the man was on a hammock, popped his head up to tell me the menu was on the table at the entrance of the restaurant, and didn't get up until I raised my voice so he could hear me place my order. He had a child in a playpin and a lady laying on the floor with a child. All tables were pushed towards the front so you can't walk any more than maybe 5 feet in. It was super hot in there. The food was mediocre, nothing to brag about and I probably won't go back. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what, but customer service isn't the best. People go out to eat or get to-go, not only for the food but how we're treated. I don't know if this place will last, the owners of Pho Mac was much better.
Had the bun bo hue and bun thit noung...Best Vietnamese food in Plano, authentic and delicious. Just wow!
I have officially become a regular of this restaurant via delivery service. I am hooked on the pho! I order at least once a week from here. The broth is always tasty and most of the time you get a really big portion for a large size. (Twice out of the 10 times I have ordered the portion was smaller, but i think it’s just a different person packing the food) The shrimp wrapped in tofu and the mi xao gon are also extremely tasty. The only negative I have experienced is they charge .50 for extra sauce but you only get 2 small packets, you’re better off buying the big bottles of hoisin and sriracha yourself which is usually around $3. I’ve lived in LA, NV & NY and have dined at MANY pho restaurants all over the US, I have never seen or heard of a pho restaurant charging for extra hoisin and sriracha. Just order the pho and make sure you have your own sauce at home if you like a lot of it!
The quality of food here was surprisingly very good. Was not expecting that the meat would be so soft and melt in mouth or that broth would be so hardy...highly recommend!
Vegetable Pho sucks. Broth tastes like water and barely any tofu in it.
I ordered extra jalapeños on my banh mi the lady told me that it would be extra, when offered to pay she declined to charge me for the extra jalapeños but gave me a lecture about ordering extra after paying, the banh mi was delicious I came back 3 more times to order the same thing, this my favorite place to order grilled pork banh mi
Foods are okay. They charges extra $ for extra hoisin&sriracha squce??? I dun understand :(
I asked to pay for a side of meatballs, not get a rude lecture on how things are not free in life... but they preferred to assume rather than understanding their paying client and what they wanted. As a small business owner i never ask for a discount from another small business, but I can assure you they're not getting my business again.
First time here and I really like the broth. We ordered spring rolls and they included some really tasty pickled carrots and daikon. Rất ngon id go again.
