Amazing place food is excellent Way beyond my expectations. Will return again and again . Very friendly and helpful warm staff. It's a must go to place. Totally enjoyed.

Kind, efficient service and super fresh tasty food. The passion fruit juice was out of a can but it was alright. The eating areas are very clean!

The best Pho over I ever had in Dallas, I have been leaving here for over 8 years and this is first time I called out the name of a Pho restaurant. I Asked for the chef name to give him a compliment, but mr Chang came out from the kitchen to say hi to us so nicely. Highly recommend if you are a fan of Pho.

Food was sub par. I'm guessing their customer service must be excellent to have such a high rating. I ordered delivery through the website, so I did not have to interact with their staff. Compared to other Pho places, this is not worth the money. They use the cheapest ingredients, poor preparation, lack of flavor and variety. Nice thing: The meatballs were decent.

I’m the most picky old eater and have not be back here since I had suck a bad experience with previous owner. I was waking by today and the manager came out and gave me a new management flier, I was curious enough to step in and gave it another try and I love this little cozy place. They have great food, atmosphere, and much better customer services. They are the very rare place that match the Togo and dine in price if we order straight on their website menu. If you used to hate this place, it’s time to experience it over again.

What’s a hidden gems in Plano area.Love their Spectacular food, new set up and cozy clean environment here. Still short in staffs but they handle everything just great.Took me a while to write the review for this place since the food still excellent and the new owner is wonderful to not to write for.Highly recommended

Came back after a while And was really impressed with the changed from new owner. Pho is still wonderful, new set up is much nicer, they do need to have more staffs because I expected to have my quick Pho as usually in 5-7 minutes( I know I’m crazy but this is why I come here for ;) great taste, quick and supper hot food)but I was very pleased with the customer service,Waiting 10 minutes was not that bad. And I’ll be back more often, thanks for their special offer as well

Best thing from to talk about this place is the quality of Togo Pho, they will show you how to handle it best way to have a bowl of Pho like how they serve you in person.I have tried for a long time to look a good to go Pho because my husband doesn’t like to eat out much and finally I found Pho Cowboys Dallas that ended my searching for years.Love the quality, quantity, the taste and way they prepare them. Highly recommend Pho cowboys dallas

I Looked up in google for a good restaurant that open late and landed here with my husband at almost 10pm( they closed at 10pm),The owner welcomed us in and served us the best Pho that I ever had, he shared with us the unique way to cook pho that he proudly of. The broth and the noodles were clear and tasty but did not retain the greasy feeling in your mouth after all.Sandwich and spring roll are fresh made. They also serve strawberry smoothie from fresh strawberry( not the syrup) that you can taste and smell. It’s our healthy Asian choice from now on.

At Pho Cowboy, I enjoy a quiet time with a bowl of authentic, quality Vietnamese beef noodle soup called Pho. This is the only restaurant that offers you 28-hr simmered bone broth with fresh, tender, tasty beef filet mignon. After eating pho here, I don’t have the greasy after taste nor the tremendous thirst from heavy MSG seasoning like other Asian restaurants. I like its nicely chilled, bottled filtered water, even simply served in a plastic cup when I know tHis is a very difficult time for restaurants to find help and survive during tough pandemic time. Yes, this is the one-man band, but I respect a chef cook who managed to serve and clean the tables. I admire his hardworking to live the American dream. He tried hard not to let guests wait long time for food. So I do recommend Pho Cowboy if you want to have reasonable , nutritious meals and enjoy authentic Vietnamese Pho.
