As soon as you come in the door, there are computers to place your order. There was not a person in sight. We finally found someone & was told just to place our order on the computers. We were having some difficulty & she did come help. But then the computer continue to "think" when it was time to check out & so I just canceled it finally & asked the young gurl to take our order. The timing to get our food was good ? our food was hot as well.
The order was messed up by the staff, the manager went ahead fixed the order going out of the way to ensure the order is fixed and done correctly. Also refunded the entire bill back to accept the mistake.
Nice location, clean, adequate space for sitting, although not too large, they prepare the orders in reasonable amount of time, food is as always good. Nothing really to complain about or unusual to talk about this location. It’s a healthy and delicious eatery.
I ordered for curbside pickup and arrived shortly after the order was ready. I entered my parking spot number in the app. After 5 minutes, the driver of the car next to mine went inside. I went inside a minute later and was directed to the curbside orders on a shelf. Fortunately, I was with another adult who could stay with my kids in the car. I'll be hesitant to order curbside here if they do not bring curbside orders to the curb if I have kids in the car since they don't actually bring it out.
I come here almost daily, and the staff is always so friendly! All the drinks are so yummy, and I enjoy all the baked goods. The blueberry muffins are particularly delicious.
This store is in an amazing location, super close to the office I work at, but I don't think I'll be back.Besides the cashier(s), the rest of the staff seems to not care about what's happening with orders. Also, this location marks stuff out of stock in the system, when in reality, they have it. My example is the new Caffeinated blends you can find by the Papaya Green Tea.While that doesn't effect me, since I mostly order through the kiosk in person, for those who are ordering ahead for their friends and families, this is super misleading. I imagine it would be super frustrating to find the item you wanted in stock after picking a substitution you were less excited for.In addition, previously, I placed a rapid pickup order 30 minutes in advance, and when I arrived (40 minutes after placing), it felt like a struggle to recieve it. Not only that, but people waiting before me were still waiting when I left, even though they ordered before me.While I have the new drink subscription (highly recommend), and this location was the most convienient for me to utilize the drink every 2 hours, I'll be going to a location further away to avoid the confusion I've experienced here.
My favorite place! I love the food, the free drinks is awesome right now! The staff are 5 stars! Great ppl at this location.
Incompetent! Completely messed up my order. I ordered for curbside and waited 15 minutes past due time only to have to go inside and get it myself. AND the sandwich order was completely wrong ingredients on there I did NOT order.Will never order from this location again. Completely incompetent.
I went to this Panera and a guy named Mauricio gave me the best attitude and definitely needs a raise!
