I was waiting for my curbside order for 5 minutes before I called the store to let them know I was here. A really nice girl by the name of Aba answered the call and apologized for the delay and brought my order out a few seconds later! Her manager let me know that I have a free “You choose two” for my next order and even threw in a cookie for free! They made up for the delay in seconds, I was very impressed.Management of this place is impeccable.
This store is the last place I'll ever eat at. again They don't require any ID when using a debit card and no sugnature, either. So angone can use a card with no questions. No security there. After letting them know this wasn't good with just a questioning look, I ordered a Caesar chicken salad, the small bowl, and I got half of the small bowl and a piece of at least 2 day old bread. I could bang the bread on the table and make a noise. I left my tray on the table with the bread stuck in the bowl, then had to go home and have dinner. I suspect if I had said something, they would just deny everything, so I didn't bother. There were two young ladies running the place and weren't very professional. I gave them only one star because I had to give them at least one to leave the review.
The staff was very friendly, Food was hot and amazing as always. Today I had the duo Grilled Cheese with Creamy Tomatoe Soup. It reminds me ofmy childhood memories of my aunties House.
This guy named Mauricio is the best and is the best employee and definitely deserve a raise.
French buggette is way too hard and stale. It breaks apart the second u try slicing it. Horrible and not fresh at all
This place has a lot of good options for people watching their calorie intake. Lots of yummy choices.
This Panera Bread location is awesome, plenty of outdoor seating, really good inside dining area and friendly staff. It's clean and contemporary with internet access. I have never found it too busy or noisy. Its a nice place to chill out and meet with friends.
Being completely confused about the menu, we ordered a half sandwich and some Turkey chili and thought we had 2 servings for the price. The staff was very thoughtful and kind and serve us 2 for the price of one. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!!!
Best customer service of all the Panera breads in DFW. Clean shop, friendly & helpful stuff. I will drive out of my way to come to this Panera because the one next to my house has very bad customer service. A.D was absolutely amazing at service. Keep up the good work.
Their team and most of all their manager Alyssa went ABOVE and beyond to help me. They have definitely made my morning and their service speaks volumes to the quality of service and food at Panera. Thank you again Alyssa and your great team.
