*DO NOT HAVE THEM DELIVER YOUR FOOD*Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Was getting my hair done NEXT DOOR to Panera, ordered delivery. Said it would be delivered in 40 mins. After an hour and ten mins, someone from the hair salon offered to go check on my food for me (excellent customer service - Panera should take note) - she came back saying Panera said to “just keep waiting”. After my hair was done, an HOUR and 30 MINS after I ordered my food, I went to Panera. Manager Keng Told me I would have to get in touch with Door Dash myself to figure out where my food is. Are you kidding me?! This is for a less than $20 order.. why would you not simply apologize and offer to make me a new order.He finally said he would cancel my order on his end and place a new order for me in store. Did not apologize, did not offer a discount or any kind of recompense to make things right. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to make my food.. and the “creamy” chicken and wild rice soup basically looks like someone peed in a cup and gave it to me. 2 hours after I placed my original order. This experience has been unreal.
I ordered a Grilled Cheese with "no american cheese" assuming there was another cheese available. After my call was transferred to a "senior staff person" and asking for a different sandwich that I would pick up, they told me " you need to call us back after the lunch rush- maybe 1-2 hours". Then they told me"the grilled cheese would still need to be discussed". Apparently they weren't prepared to make any concessions that the ordering process for that particular item was confusing - and that just perhaps the description needs to be changed to something like No American Cheese (if you click this you will receive ONLY bread). Will not return to Panera.
This is the oldest Panera bread in existence.Kitchen filthy. The young lady taking my order was Rude with a very dry personality.The pizza horrible salad taste worse than dog food.
My wife is having a baby at the nearby hospital. I placed a to-go order and made a small mistake - I chose Caesar Salad instead of Chicken Caesar Salad. I immediately called the location maybe five minutes after the order was placed. Caitlin answered the phone and was not accommodating at all. She asked me to come inside to pay for the added chicken (makes sense), but then insisted that the chicken will be served on the side. I asked her to please put the chicken on the salad... I have already tipped in the app (don't pre-tip, people!). She replied "I will check and only if it's not too late, I will add the chicken". I walk back by the pickup window in time to hear her complaining about me to the kitchen, see her toss my bag in the window, and storm off. Now I'm supposed to trust what's inside and take it back to the hospital....great.
Awesome as usual! We had lunch here. Ordered Mediterranean veggie sandwich, Napa almond chicken sandwich with 10 vegetable soup. All the food items were great. We sat outside the cafe.
I really like this location. It was clean , pretty quiet and internet worked well. I go to tons of Panera’s all over the state and this one was overall a great location. It just felt as I was at home, warm and inviting. A bit cold in there but there all a little colder these days. They want you to get that warm drink…thankfully I’m a coffee subscription member!
Had a great experience here. Ordered some items for curbside pickup but forgot to order any drinks. When Keng came to deliver our food, we requested him to provide some water, and he was very friendly about it. Although I felt bad having to ask him to go back and get some water, Keng did not make us feel bad and was very polite. We really appreciated the service!
I usually don't go to places like this but I decided to give Panera bread a try. When I walked in the menu is a little overwhelming but I almost instantly saw something I liked, the pic too. This allows you to get a sandwich and a soup. Since it was my first time I wanted to try both, and I am so glad I did. The French onion soup was absolutely amazing and the chicken frontega sandwich was amazing. This will now be my new spot to sit down and have a nice lunch and even hop on the computer because the Wi-Fi here is super fast. I would definitely recommend Panera bread, especially this location to anyone.
Went in while the restaurant was dead and ordered one of the grilled mac and cheeses and got a normal grilled cheese even though we payed for the other one. I don't think it should've been that hard to make something correctly while the place was dead
Disappointed. I did a pickup order today and I order a large Mac and cheese and salad. First off they just put barely any lettuce and they forgot croutons as well. It was $5 for a few pieces of lettuce which is ridiculous. The large Mac and cheese had hardly and macaroni, it was mainly cheese and watery. I will definitely not be back to this location.
