Horrible experience made good by managers. Thank goodness for the 5 managers that ran this place tonight on Fathers Day. We ordered 4 steaks tonight. One was barely cooked, ordered as medium. Another we almost broke the table trying to cut, ordered as medium well. One was half fat. The fourth was supposed to be on the Barbie but came out as a full steak. When told that wasn’t what we were ordered, the person who brought out our food (not our waiter, he was great) tried arguing with us that it was basically the same thing. We were told three would be comped. Only one was comped. Sent the check back and then only a second was comped. At that time we were just ready to leave and paid. We came here because they barely had a wait, should have known that was a red flag. Although the managers made right for the most part and were very helpful/polite, we won’t be coming back unfortunately. Just too much of a mess for one night.
Stopped going to Outback in California, due to poor quality of food and service. Now living in McKinney and decided to try Outback and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, hot and generous portions. Our server, Tiffany, was the best!!! Friendly, very attentive and brought extra butter out, before our meals were served. Both meals were exactly as ordered and delicious! Will be returning to Plano location and requesting Tiffany as our server!!!
Ryan, the owner of this location, is such a wonderful person! We had some challenges with our order during my friend's birthday dinner. He appreciates and values his customers and made everything right. He ensured everything was to our liking so we will continue to visit going forward. It was a great experience overall!
Our blooming onion looked NOTHING like what other people have gotten from here. It was wayyy greasy and the onions were not breaded very well at all. As a person who loves to cook for people, it really upsets me that THIS is the kind of food that someone was satisfied sending out?.
One of the nicest Outback’s i’ve ever been to. Service was outstanding and the manager of the location, at least when I was there, was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. However, Zack, our waiter was TOP NOTCH. The guy knew his stuff and went above and beyond for us. My wife and I took my mom out for a quick meal and he made my Mom feel so welcome. We absolutely will be coming back.
We eat at this location at least once a week. We sit in the bar area and Amanda always serves us. She is amazing and provides us with excellent service. She is very pleasant, happy and clearly enjoys her job. We highly recommend this location. Ask for Amanda. You'll be happy you did. BTW the food here is excellent!!
Love love love this Outback location. We visit here a few times a month for lunch and/or dinner. All the wait staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. The manager is phenomenal he always checks in with us and many times we also see him helping his staff out if the restaurant is short handed. That is truly what leadership is about. The food has been great and anytime there was an issue with something it was corrected right away. My family and I really appreciate the service at this restaurant.

Excellent ribeye, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Service was good considering it was Valentines Day. Recommend it.
Love us some Outback!! Food is great! Jacob was an awesome waiter and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Our bread eating, salad and meal we're spaced out well too.
