Nothing negative to say about this franchise. Their bundtlet cakes are pretty much perfect - it’s the perfect size to indulge in without the sugar overload (and guilt). I even have to share it with a second person at times and the $4ish is so worth it. Key lime, strawberry, and lemon are my faves.

I used to love coming to this location for the occasional personal indulgence or birthday cake purchase, but I'm pretty disappointed here lately with the downsizing that's taken place. I ordered a few individual bundt cakes a few days ago and was very surprised/disappointed when I got home and realized the size of the cakes are at least 25% (ballpark estimate) smaller than before. The cakes don't even come close to filling up the container they come in. I sure hope this is just a temporary situation. Not sure I can justify the price for what I'm getting in return.

Worst location I've experienced. I ordered 2 dozen bundtinis to get delivered to our vet clinic as we recently had to put our dog down. I left notes that the building is closed for lunch 12pm-1pm so please deliver before that time period, and requested that they call me for any questions about the delivery.I never got a confirmation that the order was delivered, so at 4pm, I sent an email to make sure all was well. Only to get a response saying that they tried to deliver at 12:15 and tried calling the vets office, but since the office was closed (and they couldn't get into contact with anyone) they didn't make the delivery. Then asked if I could pick up the order cause it was at the shop. By this time I'm already at work, if the delivery time was an issue, I should have gotten a call ASAP so I could have taken care of it prior to my work day. I don't appreciate that they didn't read my notes, didn't deliver, and that there was absolutely zero communication from them when the issue came up, instead of having my order sit at the shop for several hours before I had to contact them. Upon pick up, no one said anything about it, it was clearly brushed off. I still never got a response from the shop about my disappointing experience. They sent the one email confirming to me that they didn't do anything right regarding the delivery, and never responded to me afterward.

I came here to get 30 mini bundts for a meeting. These needed to be individually wrapped to meet the functions criteria. These came perfect. The event was a tremendous success and this was most welcomed by all that participated. I chose the seasonal flavor of Strawberries and Cream. I had given about twenty four hours notice, but I was also not in a hurry. They were ready on time when I arrived. Each time I was in the store I was warmly greeted by the entire visible staff. The shop has a boutique like feel with plenty to see and choose from. There is a large stand / a massive collection of items to choose when ordering for a special occasion. I observed a person going through this and a helpful team member guiding the client to what their needs were and being helpful with suggestions or comments - kind of like a cake sommelier or bundt concierge. You wont get that when browsing online - that is definitely worth the time to come up and see in person, with some options and sizing near by it is a tremendous value for perspective on what you are ordering. The place was clean and well organized. I would recommend others try this place as far as chains go. There are some great smaller bakeries around town as well, but this was number one on the request list for the function I was taking these to.

Placed an order online 5 days prior.Came in and they weren't ready. What was the point in my online order??45 mins after my pickup time.Just threw them in the box, most of them dumped over.$30 in cake is expensive already. Just throwing them in the box isn't cool. Had I not asked to SEE what I paid for, I wouldn't have known.First and last time I'm shopping at this location.Spoke with the owner. She was super cool and listened to my concerns.

Very friendly, patient and helpful employees. Great product. Pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent service and great tasting small bundt cakes for individuals! Much larger cakes were also available for sale. Reasonable prices!

Store itself is great, but the encounter we had today was less than that. We were greeted and were able to walk up to the counter immediately, which was great! However, the woman checking us out was less than helpful. When we inquired about how long a 10" cake would make to be ready, she stated anywhere from 25-30mins. We are headed to a birthday dinner, so we needed the cake, so we said yes. She proceeded to hand us a car number and told us to wait outside in our vehicle. I had my nephew with me and asked if we could buy a small bundtini for him, and was immediately told " They only come in a dozen, so no." Irritated, I asked for a small bundt cake while we wait for the large one to get ready. Upon paying for it, I asked if they had a fork so I could eat my cake in the car, and she immediately cut me off and said "we don't have utensils, sorry." Very frustrating to feel as though WE were bothering HER at WORK. She did not give us a good feeling about wanting to return to this location. Disappointed!

Well this is an odd one for me, but very deserving. I normally don't do bakery places, but some time ago I was able to try the White Chocolate Raspberry ND another time the Salted Caramel in the fall, for special occaisions. Those were Amazing! So, I saw this location and decided to see if they still had those still. Glad I went, because I actually found new great flavors, and something for my father here. Yup guys, believe it or not, something for dad at Nothing Bundt Cakes. I just finished my Blueberry Blitz (best blueberry anything I've ever eaten. Even better then my aunt's homemade blueberry pancakes in Oregon with fresh blueberries from their little orchard.) And...Hold on...Okay, I had to try one bite of the Lemon I was saving for tomorrow before I continued. The lemon wasn't much better than your standard lemon cake out of the box that you can make at home. A tip for the business... on the lemon cake and possibly others... make a good cream cheese style icing accept lemon flavored to give the cake more of a lemon zing. Maybe lemon zest in the icing... actually, pit it in the cake batter. Yeah add grated Lemon Zest to your lemon cake batter for more lemon flavor and some zip to it. It would be much more refreshing tasting and not just another heavy cake. It would be much better in the hot summer months ahead.Otherwise, while I was there there was a couple training on the system for their upcoming opening of their own franchise. They and the store staff were very helpful and didn't blink an eye to me changing my father's day gift from the lemon cake to the Pecan Praline at the last minute (my dad's favorite flavor in just about anything). Goodluck to you and your new baby (frachise). I hope all turns out at least close to what you expect. I forgot, in the fall I tried the salted carMel.from here at a different occasion ND it was awesome! So most of the flavors I've tried are just amazing. Lemon was just good and could use something to push it to the level of your other flavors, and the staff were great. Also, for those still worried about protecting themselves, they didn't have dividers up, and ALL wore masks. I'm not so concerned, so I don't wear one, and they didn't ask me to wear one either. Great place to find a good gift in a pinch, and get some great cakes. Thank you for your great service, with a smile, even at closing time. Thanks all,Jim

My dear best friend brings me one of these bundt cakes and they are so good thank you Robyn ❤
