Definitely authentic Chongqing noodle. Only concern is the environment: the owner is not the most friendly and the restaurant is not the most clean. Still highly recommended!
Taste is authetic and awesome, however, food poisoning for the whole night gave the other 4 stars away.
So the first thing you notice when you walk in is that it kind of smells funky in there kind of like a bathroom faucet smell but once you get your food the food scent will take over lol.The restaurant is ran by a husband and wife and the place is kind of small and we went for dinner and it was surprisingly empty there was probably like 2-3 other people in there during our time eating.The food was awesome I got the mince pork dry noodle with max spicy and the beef noodle soup and wonton soup with max spicy and an order of the pork ear, gizzard, wood ear fungus.The dry noodles were def the best thing there. The broth for the noodles barely had any taste but i think its because of all the spices in it. It might have tasted better with less spice tbh so beware. Noodles were doughy and just perfectly cooked. Pig ear was nice and crunchy and tasty as was the wood ear fungus. The numbing spice was very pleasant.
Got bad food poisoning from the beef here. They are doing something wrong as far as storage of the food. Avoid to prevent having to make a trip to the emergency room.
Take out noodle was lukewarm and felt slightly undercooked, heated up and ate most, ended up spending the entire afternoon in the bathroom throwing up with terrible stomach pain, the cleanness of ingredients used to make my bowl of noodle is highly questionable at this point.
Noodles are full of spices, chili oils mixed well within, beef stews are soft and on pointed.
The cashier doesn’t speak English very well, but it was not difficult to order. They were friendly too, both the soup and noodles were great.
Authentic Chinese food tastes great! The portion is big. The owner is very friendly!

Incredible, authentic, delicious Sichuan chinese noodles! Both the soup and the dry noodles (they're sauced, just not in broth) are FANTASTIC and I recommend getting an egg on top. Minced pork full of flavor. Generous portions. Hit the spot!! Also, the staff were super polite and helped explain the menu to us.
