SO disappointed in this Nekter location. I have been frequenting this location for a long time- often going two to three times a week. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with the two young girls working. I was rudely referred to as "bro" when I asked to have my strawberries blended rather than placed on top of my smoothie.... I didn't think that would be an issue. As someone who also works in the service industry I was left in disbelief as to how I was treated yesterday. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I hope this staff gets some proper training on how to interact with costumers. It used to not be like this! Also I want to state that I have NEVER left a negative review for an establishment before. This is a first for me but I was truly so astonished that I felt I needed to let management know the situation. Please feel free to reach out with specific questions.
Rudest staff ever. She was disgusted because I tried to pay with cash. Cards only I was informed with complete derision. No smile, thank you, or anything. Like it was a treat for me to shop there. Never again.
I used to frequent this place almost every day because I worked next-door.I now work five minutes away and I have used Uber eats from here twice in the last two days.They must have new people working that don’t know what they’re doing.Yesterday I ordered a PB health nut and when it arrived it was watered down and unflavorful.Today I ordered a peanut butter bowl which was only filled about halfway full and definitely no peanut butter .For the price you’re paying this is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming here or ordering.

Love the bowls here, today I had Mackinzie and she was very nice and attentive. I have some stomach issues where I can't eat certain things and she was very accommodating with offering substitutes. Great service and great product!
I love this place! The location is so convenient and I can always trust that my smoothie is going to be yummy! If you’re into healthy treats then this is the place to go. The staff is also so friendly, I had the best experience with Mackenzie! :)
Everything is always fresh! And when I arrived my order was ready and prepared correctly.
I decided to give this place a try and it was great! I wasn’t sure on what to try and Nora was very helpful and helping me decide on what I would like. My bowl was amazing and the health nut was just what I was looking for.
