Great intimate ambience. The staff are hands on and thorough with the exceptional customer service delivery, and their Alfredo shrimp pasta slapssssss!!!!!!!! 10/10.
The food tasted homemade. It reminded me of the family owned neighborhood restaurant in Little Italy. It is some of the best in DFW, hands down. The bread knots are addictive. Our meals were fantastic. The negative was that each entre looks better than the next. It makes it hard to choose. The service was on point. I look forward to enjoying Napolis as soon as possible. The outdoor seating must be great in warmer months. If the tables and bar are full, there's not really a place to wait. However, full tables and bar are a good indicator as to how amazing Napolis is.
Food was horrible. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo and Spaghetti meatball. Ive had better pasta out of a frozen 1.00 box. Food was beyond bland and the shrimp in fettuccine was not fresh at all. We won't be back, we didn't even finish our meal it was so horrible.
There were 8 of us. Everyone loved the food! Service was great! We all had something different and every dish was delicious. Good prices too!
Absolutely amazing food... best lasagna in Plano!And the stuffed mushrooms.. omg!... we save the ample amount of amazing sauce and finish it with the bread rolls.. you will not want to waste a drop.Tonight, we tried the sausage ravioli.. also very good.Service is also exceptional. This place is a gem.
Placed an order for 3 entrees last night and when I got home, I discovered that the meatballs for one of entrees were missing. When I spoke to the owner, she only offered to give me a side order of meatballs and was not very apologetic. She seems proud to share that her chef who makes the food has been the same and would not have made any mistakes. But in addition to missing my meatballs last night, it seems that the same chef forgot a complete entree a few weeks ago. In a period of about 3 weeks they shorted me with two of my orders. I did not want to give a negative review but treating a customer badly should not be cordoned.
Love this place! Italian food is my favorite, and Napolis does not disappoint. We take home pizza quite often, and it is always ready when we come and always delicious! When eating in the food and service are also great!!!
Love this little place! It may not be the quickest Italian you've ever had, but it was great! Staff was friendly and attentive. Recommend :)
Not owned by the family. But they’ve kept most everything the same minus a few dishes. Still good.
2nd time revising review but not changing stars. Pizza tonight was as close to NY style as I can recall. Foldable with chewy crust. Bravo
