Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Will not be going back!
First time. Delicious! Beautiful!
We sat in the dining room and it was not noisy at all. We were able to carry on a conversation. It seemed a bit more lively in the bar area, which is nice for those wanting to enjoy a more happy hour environment. We both ordered pasta. I ordered the Linguine Arrabiatta and it is amazing!
We thought the experience at this Moxie's location would be similar to the Moxie's in Southlake. Um .... no. In fact it's quite the opposite - it's sort of like a TGI Fridays. Loud "club" music at 11:45am on a Sunday (?) No restaurant seating, only seating in the bar area. My entree was a mango chicken dish that was decent. My aunt ordered the French Dip sandwich but said the quality of the food and preparation (french fries were soft/soggy, not crisp) didn' t even come close to the dish at the Moxie's in Southlake.

Honestly best part about Moxies is leaving and going to Shark Club next door.. waited 45 minutes for a toffee pudding server was good when he was around kept disappearing on us.

Weâve been there a few times, food is great but service is pretty bad. Probably wonât come back.
I love Moxies. It’s actually one of my favorite date night spots. We come all the time. My bf ordered our food and was told it’ll be ready in 15 mins. I get off work after a 12 hr shift and I come in. I’m completely ignored because the server that actually took my order is chatting up ONE particular couple. It takes like 15 mins before someone can actually get her attention to ask if the order is ready. The other server ( short black hair very sweet ) couldn’t really help b/c the other server took my order. After waiting for over 30 mins a manager tells me they don’t have the order. We def called and ordered he sent me the screenshot of the call. Not a shocker seeing that the lady that actually took the order probably didn’t put it in seeing that she literally spent most of her time talking and checking on ONE table. I wait for the food to be remade so I thought. I get in the car check the calamari is soggy and full of oil like it’s been sitting there the whole time. I’m upset but at this point tired so I’m like whatever. Let me get home. I get home check all the food. It was just thrown in each container none of the sauce tops placed on correctly and then open the chicken and the avocado is brown /black. We didn’t receive ANY of the extra condiments we actually asked for they just gave us random stuff. I def was trying to call back because but they were closed. This was a terrible experience.
Very busy Saturday night and it was obvious the restaurant had an insufficient number of wait staff. We had reservations at 8, arrived on time and didnât get our drinks until 25 minutes later. For the second time in a row, my wife and I ordered filets, one petite medium and one medium rare, the 9 oz. portion. Just like the last visit, they were cooked incorrectly. We didnât complain and just traded portions. The drink I ordered was incorrect as well. I ordered a Ketel One & tonic and it was mixed with club soda. The waiter apologized but that was all he did. Unable to recommend this location at this time like I have in the past.
