Our last visit to Mooyahs in Plano, left us hungry and disappointed! It had been a favorite for a long time, but seems to be slipping in quality control and also cleanliness. I have called and left messages as well, with no response.......between the rock hard tomato, a bun that seemed to be soaked in liquid, and being told that we cannot eat in the restaurant on July 4, we wont be back anytime soon.
Service and burgers were good. Had planned to dine in but it was unbearably hot in the restaurant. Not sure how you can subject your works to that heat. Patrons certainly aren't going to stay there eat. Need to get that AC fixed pronto.
This is one of the best burgers in all of Plano! Love the fries and shake too! Bread is baked fresh, fries are crispy and fresh! Milk shake made the old fashion way! These folks support the community too!
After Liking McKinney location sometime back, tried this today. Taste Not good.Looks like forget dressing/sauce in all. Fries are extra salty.Though mentioned extra for additions like Avaccacodo, charged extra for cheese!!What's the point in mentioning burger with default ingredients like cheese, mushrooms and charging extra?
Was a great 1st visit. Good the order soon enough. The burger was absolutely fantastic, their menu is diverse too. Liked the place and the service.
They didn’t have wifi so even after having to sign up for a neighbouring restaurant’s wifi, my coupon still did not appear on their app. The mgr was nice enough to honour my email offer. After connecting to home wifi, the coupon re-appeared.
I paid almost $16 for warm mushy potatoes in the shape of fries but wouldn't have been able to identify them as french fries, no cheese on my dry burger that I ordered and paid for. I wish we I was made of money and could buy another one lunch because I threw this one in the trash where he it belongs
It was a long wait to get our food. But the service was still good. Our food was fresh like always.
The best burgers! Love that they have so many options to customize your burger just the way you like it, especially the Ice Burger option (burger wrapped in lettuce). They use high quality and fresh ingredients to make their burgers. Some of my favorites include are the real, thick cut bacon, crunchy pickles and their signature Mooyah sauce. My kids love their real ice cream milk shakes.
I was craving a black bean burger so I went here. It was terrible. First they didn't get my order right and my patty was ice cold. There wasn't hardly anything on it when I got it the second time. The burger came with grilled onions had to go ask for those. The store was dirty and the people making your food were not friendly at all. Because they messed up my meal and I asked them to fix it I got nasty stares from the staff. I won't be going back.. no wonder most of these restaurants closed.
