Delicious soup! Mala and not too spicy.Biangbiang noodles were chewy and flavorful.
Got the beef version. Meat was a little unseasoned and not as juicy and sloppy as I thought it would be. The pork version is much better
To be honest, when I see the staff just take a to-go box from the fridge that has everything (noodle, cucumber and sprouts) prepared, I’m regret. And I’m kinda disappointed by the soggy noodles, with stale sprouts. The sauce is also just ok esp the spicy sauce is really u see expectation =PNot sure about other food items on the menu but I think steamed cold noodle is pretty basic.
Giving a good review here to offset some of these bad ones. Been to the food court Morefan is in a few times without actually trying this place. Finally decided to go this last time and the food was excellent. Got the cold noodle dish, the burger, the spicy oil noodles, and the beef tendon noodle soup. It was all very good and tasty. I would say it exceeded my expectations. I am not super familiar with this style of Chinese cuisine (primarily eat Cantonese style and Sichuan style Chinese food), but all of the food here was great. To the point from others about the service. I was standing at the register a while looking the menu over before someone came up to me, but they did seem busy and they didn’t come until I looked at them like I was ready to order (I prefer it this way vs having someone awkwardly look at me while I decide what I want). Also, they have a bell you can ring for service if you really need it.
It was delicious piping hot and fresh. Great service even took the time to explain the menu when asked. Definitely referring this place to all my asian food lovers
My husband and I have never eaten at a restaurant like this and I think we will be talking about it for decades. The flavors in the two broths we tried were incredible. Unlike any flavors I have ever had before. The richness and complexity was mind-blowingly fantastic. The server helpfully suggested using a split pot so we could try a regular and a spicy broth. Both were fabulous but the spicy one was the better one. It was too spicy for tho whole meal so we went back and forth between the two. Service and ambiance were fine. I remain happily stunned by the amazing and indescribably delicious broths. Don’t miss the chance to visit this gem.
I come here often for the Biang Biang noodles. The noodles are made in house and always have the perfect bite.
Authentic Chinese local food
We heard so many good things about this place so decided to give it a try tonight. We got the Baing Baiang Noodles and the spicy beef noodles. Both were so good! The noodles were freshly hand pulled and absolutely delicious! The big flats noodles incorporated really well with the sauce. They were chewy and very tasty. They serve in this gigantic bowl that’s big enough to feed two people. I heard it’s Shaanxi cuisine which is a bit similar to Sichuan but a lighter flavor to it.Definitely a place I will keep coming back.
Food is not as good as we thought. We moved here from Atlanta, GA. Atlanta has real authentic ShanXi cuisine. Because the owner is from Xi’an, Shanxi. This restaurant doesn’t even have Paomo lamb soup(羊肉泡馍).
