Chinese Noodles Soup

Guizhou style Chinese food.My first time there and I was very pleased. Menu is in Chinese and English, the staff is great at explaining things. Both noodles in soup and dry noodles and sides you can add.I had the beef noodles, with a rich variety of ingredients for a great taste. A bit spicy but not overpowering. Also try their hibiscus or winter melon tea. Both are sweet.

One of my favorite place to eat in the area! However, today’s visit was particularly special. We came here by my request for mother’s day lunch, and they surprised us with these cute mother’s day yogurt cups (on the house). Super happy with the food and the yogurts (must have)! And with their services too ☺️

Loved this place! I wanted to try something new so this was my first time trying your food. I don’t think I have ever had traditional Chinese food like this and as a spicy food lover, this was definitely spicy in all the best ways possible! I was a bit skeptical at first because I did not know how you would cater to vegetarians like me but this dish was so good and had so much flavor, I will definitely be coming back! My parents own a small local food business themselves so I can tell how much time and effort y'all must have put into every dish made and that probably doesn’t get appreciated enough. Thanks for the great food and service!

This is without a doubt the best noodles I've ever had. I order 2-3 bowls a day on Saturday and then again on Sunday, when I come into town once a month. 6 hour drive for this place....

Taste good ; traditional Chinese favor

Dallas’s noodle star. I am originally from the area where this style noodle is originally from. Definitely brings back good memories. Clean and quality ingredients. Not many noodle shops can deliver the same in Dallas area.

Authentic Chinese beef noodle soup. They have a large variety of soups and different meat cuts for each dish, along with the choice of 2 different types of noodles, the Mifen noodle which is similar to rice vermicelli and the normal noodle which is like a ramen type noodle.

Inflation? For a big bowl of fatty beef noodles, there are only three thin slices of beef. They are so thinly cut they are actually translucent.

Awesome dinner delivered to our door! The only negative was my beef being a bit dry and less flavourful compared to the beef tendon my Wife got. However the overwhelming positives just won me over (hence the 5 stars which I don't give out often). The clear broth is probably most flavourful one we have had in a while. The added tray to section off the cilantro was a huge plus. The Yunnan style rice noodles were al dente and ready for the mixing sauce or the soup. The mixing sauce itself, not too heavy on vinegar and not too hot but very fragrant and lots of Sichuan peppercorn kick which numbed the tongue. Overall it was quite a surprisingly good meal and authentic Yunnan cuisine experience that's not easy to find!P.s. Although the bowls were more on the pricier side (you can get good respectable ramen for $11), do we expect higher quality noodles in higher price range now or are there still good eats under $10?

I love their noodle!
