There wasn't much of a wait for a Saturday night. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Our waiter came to our table and we placed our drinks (margaritas) quickly. Both were very good. We ordered our food shortly thereafter and the food was delivered within 10 minutes or so. The food was fresh and enjoyable. The atmosphere was not too loud & the location wasn't overly crowded. The prices were fairly reasonable. I would visit the location again. I like that the location is at the shops at legacy along with many other entertaining and fun locations for locals and tourists.

Haven’t been here in 10 years and after two mambo Limos I’m drunk. So apparently they’re still as strong lol drink prices are amazing. Our server was even better. Edna was our server and was fantastic. When we had too much food to fit on our table she brought another table over to help the overflow. Seriously impressed!!Can’t wait to come back in 10 more years!

Mexican fine dining experience. Loved the vegetarian options. Not a big fan of mushroom but 'pasilla poblano con hongos' changed my mind. Cocktail options are very distinct and worth trying. Service is very good and fast. it's a little costly restaurant but the price is justified. Will definitely visit it again and probably on a date with my wife ;)

Go literally anywhere elseI'd rather be kicked in the shins than ever return to this location. It took 20min to be seated, not because it was busy, but because there was nobody at the front.80% of the tables were empty.Food took another 20min.Enchiladas were gross.Go across DNT to the newer location. It seems they're trying to euthanize this location.Look at pic related. What the ...

I had a phenomenal dinner experience last night at Mi Cocina on Legacy in Plano. The hostess greeted me with an enthusiastic smile and immediately seated me. I was promptly greeted by my waiter, Carlos. He genuinely welcomed me with his effervescent smile. The food was so delicious! Carlos was impeccable with his attentive service. Fernando and Cinthia, the managers also came by to make sure my evening expectations were always met with a smile. Nothing but kudos to to this wonderful team of professionals. I look forward to returning many times and spreading the word to all of my friends.

Small portions of fajitas. Chicken and beef not seasoned very well and cost way too much for what you get. If you look at the photo of the fajitas, there's actually three potato wedges in with the fajitas to give the illusion that you're getting more that you actually are. If it weren't for those saved the big bed of onions, you'd laugh at the portions.

The ambience inside was very cute. Drinks were good. Food 50/50. I ordered the sunset enchiladas and my DD #11 taco diner which both tasted like taco bell. On the other hand I tried a bite of the ribeye fajitas and Cocina changa that Hubby and Son ordered and were surprisingly delicious. I was confused at first since they kept oohing and ahhing meanwhile us ladies at the table were disappointed. ? I will try a different location next time as our waitress was less than friendly. She did have a trainee following her so maybe that's why she was off. My hubby asked her what they had for bdays for me and she said, um we don't really do anything, u can get flan or poss cake. She seemed upset that we even ask. I advised her I wld like the cake and assumed they didn't celebrate at this restaurant as she didn't say oh happy bday or anythg. 20 mins later a huge wait staff went over to a table with a celebratory song, dance and dessert. So Iam thinking ok, maybe we are good afterall. Another 30mins go by and another celebratory song upstairs and they had guests all around join in. We were well past done with our meal at this point and expecting a fun song but instead she brought the check. Lmbo. Luckily we also celebrated a cpl of days prior at Brasao across the street with much better treatment! As I sat at the table staring out the window all I cld wish 4 is that we were over there instead. A place that knows how to make u feel welcomed, not Mi Cocina Legacy which needs a lesson that money is green no matter who gives it to you. SADLY will never return to this location.

OMG! The food was absolutely amazing! My family and I are from Memphis visiting on our Springbreak and we plan on visiting again soon before we leave out to head back home. Great service and the atmosphere is phenomenal

My experience a few weeks ago wasn’t so great, but I gave the location another try. I think that particular night I went in, they were just having an off night. (Everybody has one of those every once and a while)This time the host greeted me with a smile, & walked me to my seat outside.I decided to go back and bring my son with me this time. He ordered quesadillas and he didn’t have any issues with the food, he thought it was great! I got Karina as my waitress and she was genuinely nice!! She makes you feel welcomed!!! She made sure to keep my water filled and my my son’s lemonade taken care of. I ordered the taco salad and it was very fresh and delicious. The food came out really fast. Next time I’ll be there for happy for drinks. 2 thumbs up for sure! Give Karina her silent ownership percentage in Micocina because she’s definitely keeping the customers happy at the Legacy West location.********************************************2/10/2022 from 1:10p -2:00p I came in and got horrible service. No refill of water, kept having chase down waiter, horrible. It was like this the last time i visited as well. Maybe the service has gone down. I finished eating at 1:30, it took over 15 minutes just to get the tab. 45 minute turnaround for a shredded chicken taco sale. Might be my last time coming here. *****^************************************

Ate here two times this week for lunch. Both times the place was packed but the service was good, prompt, and the food came quick. Chips and salsa were excellent, all the food we had was very tasty. Reasonable prices! I'll be back!
