Bartender gave fantastic service, made outstanding drinks and was friendly while we waited for table. Waiter was rude, unfriendly, never got us the salt and pepper we requested and didn't refill water when asked. Ignored us for long long periods and we had to flag him down to place our order, to ask for salsa and to get the check. Food was expensive for TexMex and not good. Beans were so salty I couldn't eat them and Tacos Habana were overcooked and dried out and flavorless little hard nuggets. I had heard Mi Cocina was great and was badly disappointed. Terrible food and terrible service.

We had the most outstanding experience at the Plano Mi Cocina. From the moment we walked in the door and seated at our table with Elizabeth R. as the most personable and attentive server with outstanding menu knowledge and recommendations that we have had in quite a while. The food was exquisite and the attentiveness of the staff including the Mgr. Alex was phenomenal!! It made our first year wedding anniversary perfect. We’ll definitely be back and spread the word on such a memorable dining experience!!!! Thank you.

Ate here this afternoon. Welcoming staff, nice outdoor seating area with a great view of the fountain. Our waiter was very attentive and a pleasure to speak too. We decided to go with a few appetizers and a couple of drinks. We had the Ceviche, Shrimp Brochette, and the Chicken Flautitas. Food was delicious and well presented. Will definitely return.

Armondo and his staff were very helpful planning my best friends Celebration of Life luncheon. She loved MiCocina and this was her favorite location. Although it was a difficult day it was a celebration as well. The staff was very helpful setting up for the event and the service and food was amazing from beginning to end. Beth would have been very happy!! Thank you?

One of my favorite locations! The Spinach enchiladas are delicious. My youngest child is a picky eater and can't Have his food touch. We ordered the kid's chicken fajitas, and our server made sure everything came on a separate plate. Best service, hands down! After speaking to the kitchen manager Alejandro I see why the service is so good. He was super friendly to talk to and gave all the praise to his staff. For the adults, I recommend a Mambo taxi very yummy

Went for lunch today. I ordered my favorite chicken enchiladas with white sauce. I got a corn tortilla wrapped up like a tamale. Enchiladas are always flour. I sent it back for flour tortilla once again rolled up luke a tamale?? When I took a bite it was CANNED chicken?? Terrible! I understand food shortages but as far as I know there is plenty of chicken!! What has happened to this location. The white sauce was queso not the usual? It will be a long time before I return…..

Unfortunately due to supply chain and issues with inflation they have changed their menu. The food was mediocre and they no longer have many gluten free items. The queso, chili, and meats (which now come prepackaged and therefore pre-seasoned with soy ingredients), are not gluten free anymore. Service was still good, but this will no longer be our go to. :(

I've never ever been disappointed. Amd I've been 50 times at least. The waiters are serious professionals, very old school Latin American service, and that's a compliment. They are quiet, respectful, and attentive.

One of the nicest mexican places I’ve visited in Dallas area. I visit here once a while, and they have a luxurious, fancy vibe with astonishingly delicious food. Tilapia Verde was my new try out last night, and I enjoyed it so much. The staffs here are very kind and respectful as well. Highly recommend.

Great ambiance. Food wast tasty and the staff was super courteous.
