This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the customer service is good, others not so much.For the most part, my order is correct. But why would they get rid of SNACK SIZED MCFLURRYS?? Small kids do need or eat that much…
Negative: Both people on the speaker box had a hard time understanding English, the First Lady couldn’t even understand my 4 digit McDonald’s app code.Positive: I went inside and the manager resolved the problem that the app was apparently having and gave me a free shake with my meal as an apology which added 3 stars to this review
Bro it was 10:30 told me I can’t order gravy biscuit I order but the employee won’t talk at all not just that charge me for a sprite, wrong size of fries, wouldn’t give me a refund because it’ll take long time and said it’s only a dollar with a rude attitude. As a fast food worker as well this is unbelievable. I know how complaints work and the manager won’t be happy. Good day.
Ordered delivery thru uber eats, ordered a happy meal, chicken sandwiches 2 drinks (coke one with no ice and one regular) and 2 fries. The ticket read as correct, only received two sweet teas and missing half of my order. It wasn't ubers fault since they didn't pour the drinks as well as opened the bags and taken out food due to it being sealed upon arrival. It is not the first time this location has messed up our order. Do better.
I go to this McDonald's for coffee and sometimes breakfast only sausage McMuffin. depends on who is taking your order will determine on my experience. last experience with the same lady thats always rude took my order the last time I went through drive-through, I was waiting for a few minutes two cars next to me pull up in drive-through #2 after me and they take there orders before mine, OK no big deal. I order my coffee and ask the lady to make sure I get my specific amount of creamer and sugar and I never get it and I was letting her know to please make sure I get the specific amount that I like and she cut me off and said what else with a big attitude.she very rude the same lady girl whatever. My coworker also has had many issues with the same person. When he goes picks up coffee for us I'm drinking the coffee how I like it not how you like it so please give me the amount of creamer and sugar I asked for. And depending on what day it is or who made it sometimes it's ok most of the time it's a water down but it's the most convenient place to go get coffee so go with it. Same thing with the ketchup I asked for extra ketchup they give you one they don't give you napkins they don't give you the straw to stir the coffee they even gave me spoiled creamer what time. I don't recommend this McDonald's it is not the same like all the other ones they are some good employees but the rude disrespectful one stand out the most I will not be going back and I would not be recommending it I rather drive 10 miles than to go to this McDonald's and the sad part is I work very close to it and I live very close to it.
I dont normally eat McDonald's but today, I had a taste for some nuggets. Hardly any cars there in the drive thru so that was great but let me tell you something... the lady at the drive thru window to pick up your food was rude as $&%*#! 20 piece nugget, 2 sauces. I asked for ranch and BBQ. 20 piece nugget, 2 sauces. Two. Dos... she said I should have asked for extra when I placed my order so I could be charged. This is why I don't eat here. They interview process must be nonexistent or a hook up from the manager or something. I never been yelled at in English and Spanish over 2 additional sauces. Plus my tone of voice was mellow. Chick-fil-A would never lol.
Remarkably better than other McDonald's in the area. This location is the only one in the area that consistently has the full menu available without missing things like shakes or McGriddles.
The worst customer service in the mornings. Employees are so rude. I never get a receipt. Always in a rush they just keep on saying is that it. make sure you check your drive through orders they will short you food and act like its your fault. If I could give a zero I would.
Lazy workers as usual. Waited in the drive through line for 5 minutes and nothing. I drive up to the next window to see if anyone was working and of course a group of people huddled up doing who knows what. Ridiculous. Stay home if you don’t want to work.
How hard is it to understand that when you put no pickles on the sticker you put on the wrapper to not put pickles on it. Like it literally says no pickles. Every time on the label.
