I was there with my family, a lot but I didn't like the chicken at all :( thats sadI think they should add more different types of McNuggets cuz they are just too plainThats all LOVEEEE ur fries but they looked a little sad and thin not really good looking but VERYYY TASTY
Not quite happy with my recent curbside pickup experience. Waited 15mins after paid and checked in. I actually walked in to get my order. Won't use curbside service at this location again.
My experience is solely based on the drive-thru and in the evenings on those occasions we don’t want to cook and just want something cheap, hot, and fast. Service has always been decent and the food is served hot, fries are hot and crisp. I mean it’s McDonald’s but this location is pretty nice. I’ve never had a problem. Thanks to the people who work the drive thru in the evenings.
Woman working the window drive thru shift at 1pm Sunday might be the most illogical person I have ever seen. I asked the window before to add ketch up and a water cup, he said just tell them next window. Then the next woman there tells me “park for it” when I ask for ketch up and a water cup. I said “for ketch up and a water cup?” “She says yes that takes a while.” I said “you can’t just grab it” and she says there’s a line.. I then wait 20 minutes and nothing.. pretty dumb of her. no wonder…. ……
Customer service is terrible in the evening times the young kids play around and just throw the food in the bag upside down they do not greet customers just act like they don’t want to be there I will take my business down the street.. my food was thrown together on 3 different occasions I don’t know what they are doing at this McDonald’s but it’s not working if there are more then 1 or 2 people having complaints then why is it still happening we spend our hard earned money on food from this place and kids are playing and being rude and the food is thrown together like trash not ok
Clean, contactless ordering via a kiosk, food brought to you table, fast action on a small request. Better than average McDonald's.
The lady will literally hand you your food and say absolutely nothing. Not even look to acknowledge you. Fries were blah and old. Unfortunate this place has gone down the drain like this.
I asked for extra caramel and the lady said that she couldn't give me extra caramel because they couldn't charge it but I think it's no problem that they put a little more caramel on the Frape , she preferred to lose than to sell. I will never come back here .!
I go here more than I should. Ha ha. I don't think they've ever messed up an order. If anything, they've given me an extra cookie or two when I only ordered one cookie. Everyone has been friendly and it's clean inside.
This was my second time in the last 2 months where a McDonald's Drive-thru had me pull forward and then forgot and never brought my food out. 12 minutes later I went in and they scrambled to make it in under 25seconds. Also, there phone number on Google maps appears to be wrong.
