I ordered the Limited Steak & White Cheddar sandwich and it was delicious. Service was good and they got my order right.
This place usually has good food and good service. However, on March 27th my wife placed an online order for me to pick up. I get there at the time they indicated it would be ready and I am told that they have no such order and that she must have ordered from another location. I go home without any food and my wife calls this location. They now have the order ready to be picked up. Told them I was not going back a second time as it is a 15 drive in traffic and cancel the order. They said they would cancel it, but the charges have never been reversed.
Great place to go. Love the service and the food. N dessert the cookies n brookies n cinnamon cookies all great. Great staff n food served very fast!♥️?

One of the best sandwiches around. It's definitely a notch up from your typical Subway, Jimmy John's, or Panera.
Clean environment with fresh ingredients and tasty lemonade. I'd recommend eating there anytime.
Though the food is great the customer service is lacking a bit. On three separate occasions I had kid meal items missing from a delivery order. First order was missing an entire kids meal which I called to let them know but was not offered anything to correct the issue since it was a delivery. Second time there was another kids meal missing to which I called and they offered to replace but had to come in which defeats the purpose of delivery. Third time both kids were missing their cookie which the kids look forward to. I spoke to a manger named Shawn who apologized for the issue especially since this is the third problem with a kids meal. He offers to send me gift cards for the kids meal as a way to apologize. After taking my information I was told they would get them out right away, more than three weeks later I am still waiting. This is really disappointing but with so many other great places to eat customer service pushed me away from ordering again. Proceed with caution if ordering delivery.
Disappointed on the continued use of ovenware in place of tableware. Degrades the whole experience. Service was typical. I ordered a dill pickle. Cashier voiced the order back to the kitchen. As you can see, no pickle. They mess that up about 90% of the time.
I literally order from here almost every night on door dash when I’m working nearby. These sandwiches are made with love or something lol !
