Horrible Grilled Chicken Salad!!! Salad doesn't even come with grilled chicken. It's ground deli meat! Would not recommend for personal or business catering orders. No refund for their mistakes.I eat at McAlister's almost daily during the workweek. Half of the items are incorrectly advertised and misleading. This is the 4th meal ordered that's not right or missing items.I decided to reach out to the manager about the issue and he stated "that how we make them" and "no refund".No customer service. I will no longer be eating or catering from this location.

The food was okay, it was slow for take out but they were busy. The person cleaning the tables was telling the guy in line in front of me that he was done with mask and people wearing them. Not sure what that was about but it was ackward.
Spud max was great! Staff was friendly and appreciated the kind words and encouragement to the the company's hiring of staff. Great place to eat. Thanks for being awesome.
This place is horrible. Today was the second time I went to this location, ordered a salad, waited over 25 minutes, watched people that came in behind me get their food, and never got my order. I won't go back again.Update 3/31McAlisters contacted me after reading this and tried to coax me back. They gave me 3000 rewards points to give them another chance. I went back to this location today. I ordered a caesar salad and half a Rachel sandwich on the choose 2 meal. Again, my friend and several other people that came in behind me received their food before me. After waiting 20+ minutes, I got the manager's attention and asked if she remembered me. She didn't. She apologized and said that the kitchen had "bumped" my order. It eventually came out after she went back there. I will not ever return no matter how much free stuff they offer.
Ordered a McAlister Club and got a slice of ham, a folded slice of turkey that makes the middle thicker than the outer area, a slice of cheese, a sad piece of mixed green, a sad piece of bacon (not crispy, but not completely soggy either), and marginal amounts of mustard and mayo.If you look at the picture from the menu, there are several layers of ham and turkey reaching each side of the quartered sandwich.I wish I had taken a picture of my sandwich. Clearly whoever built it was taught how to make the center look voluptuous while skimping on the outer region. My sandwich didn't come close to representing what the menu picture shows. And I paid $7.99 for it?Congratulations on being my first reviewed restaurant on Google. I will never visit any of your stores, and I will actively encourage everyone I know to never visit any of your stores. You've successfully encouraged me to go back to making my own club sandwiches.
The service is wicked fast every time I've been to this location. Overall a good lunch spot if you dodge the rush, plus tons of room to social distance. Food's alright, nothing crazy but also much better than a place like subway.
Best service from any mcalisters i’ve ever been to, i wish it was closer to me! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Amazing food as well.
The guy that run me up then I have good customer service to pecan salad that I ordered it comes with a like raspberry dressing or something he didn't even ask me what type of dressing I wanted he just gave me ranch dressing that doesn't even go with this salad if I order a whole salad or a whole soup and would like to order just a half a sandwich I should be able to order that I shouldn't have to order you guys' half and half just to get a half a sandwich I do love McAlister's food but this particular McAlister's I will never go back
