My friend and I went to Manna BBQ and Jeny served us. The food is really good so as Jeny. While we went out for milk teas she watched our bags for us. She is a sweet lady :))
This was my first time trying Shabu Shabu and I just want to thank the employees for being so informative and making the experience fun and comfortable! I absolutely loved everything about this place, the food was AMAZING the meat was PERFECT and most importantly the customer service was impeccable. Definitely will be going back and will be bringing all of my family and friends!
Food is good. I liked the squid seafood and the fact it is all you can eat. Hotpot only $27 per person. The corn is really tasty. I ordered the mala hot pot soup. My friend ordered the beef soup. Server was slow. My whole experience is okay.
Fantastic Korean barbecue! The staff was so pleasant. And even though I can't remember the names of the different kinds of meats, there was all of the meats and it was all good ?. I definitely recommend this place!
We went into Manna as a family, and we were greeted to a large table with plenty of space. The restaurant also allocates a lot of room between tables, which is fantastic for a big family like ours. Another thing I loved was the numerous selection of food including vegetables, meat, and sauces. This satisfied all our family members’ tastes. The restaurant didn’t sacrifice quality over quantity. All the food was fresh and hot pot soup hot! I thought the price is more than seasonable compared to other places I have visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even though we went in as a large group. There’s no cons and an easy choice for a night out!
Excellent service, quick, efficient and friendly, theu wear masks which is appreciated.You can have hot pot or Korean BBQ or both. We had both and it was great. A lot of multiple options to prepare your food guarantees that you will have a ton of combinations to try and you'll never get bored.
I am a regular customer to this restaurant, and I would say this is one of the best hot pot buffet places in Plano / Allen! The restaurant always has great ventilations and everything was super clean. The dining room has plenty of space and we were quickly greeted with friendly servers. From ice cream to protein to veggies, everything is freshly offered. The price is also very competitive and affordable. I would highly recommend Manna Shabu to friends and family!
We went to the Lewisville location for my dad’s birthday and had an exceptional experience! The restaurant is large, but cozy. The menu is quite extensive and the food is on par with other KBBQ in nearby Carrollton! What really set this place apart was the service! All the waitstaff were so friendly and attentive. They helped my kids with the grill cooking, made great food recommendations, and showed us how the Shabu worked. I want to especially thank Yoo Jin and Su for their great service. We will be back!

This place used to be good but lately the service has become horrible. The stuff is rude with customers. We went there to have bbq, we were told wait time is 1 hour. Although we said we will return and they put our name in the wait list then they asked if we want only bbq or combo. We only wanted bbq and they said then we can't eat. Not only that but she was rushing to the next guest by saying next next. This seemed very rude and unprofessional. Well they lost a Korean bbq lover customer.
