I absolutely love Kona Grill but they have changed the menu A LOT! I came in and was set on âSunshine Rollsâ which to my surprise were no longer on the menu. I asked the waiter to see if they could still be made and provided a 2nd option from the menu if unavailable. Long story short, they could not be made and she CHOSE the highest value sushi on the menu for me instead of the 2nd option I asked for. I did not notice until my bill came. Unacceptable. However, Iâm not one to keep sending things back or complain the entire time. This visit was not like any Iâve had before. Iâll be back tho! :)

They restaurant is open to the western sun. It was 104 and the asked if wanted to sit on the closed patio. It was hotter than the interior and we said no. As a result we were seated by the window with the hot Sun shining on us through the shades. The waitress, Kayndee, was exceptional. And the Sea Bass with sake was excellent.
Just a Fourth of July lunch outing and really great service and drinks
This is a delicious restaurant with excellent service. The main reason they don't get 5 stars is the choice of music is way off. The music choice makes you feel more like you're at a dance club than at a fine restaurant
Everything was delicious and our waitress was very attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of. Only complaint is I had put on my reservation info that it was my birthday. I wanted a quiet meal with just my husband and we were seated in the bar and it was horribly loud. A place that small definitely does not need a DJ, I was not planning to go to a club for dinner.

Service was very slow on a Saturday night with low capacity . The chicken was over cooked on three of our salads and the kids salmon was burnt on the bottom. Our bill was $220 for 4 adults and a child . Then right spot was the crab crunch roll.
Tom the bar manager was great! We go to Kona a lot. He told us about the awards program. We were so excited about it. Not one server or manger told us about in the past. Tom was great!

Been here three times and the service has been poor. It's slow. The server was finally but most of the time hard to find.Food came in late and the order was wrong. This is not the first time I've been disappointed. Food is too expensive for the taste. my fish sliders were soggy.
