Just stopped in for a sandwich at lunchtime. This meal was transcendent. I cannot think of another word to use. Corned beef sandwich with onion rings.Let’s start with the onion rings first. They were thick cut and lightly battered. Must have been a corn meal batter. Far and away the best onion rings I’ve had in Dallas. See the pictures. Just perfect, each and every one. They could have been a meal in themselves. The Corned Beef Sandwich. Not some greasy, messy sauerkraut and cheap 1000 island dressing. In fact the dressing was on the side. The sauerkraut wasn’t too sour. The balance between the ingredients was just spot on perfect. Rye bread toasted perfectly…marble rye at that. The restaurant’s interior was nicely decorated. I love the ceiling. Chairs are comfortable, and all in all it is a great restaurant. Parking couldn’t be easier since this restaurant is in the mall.Def, def, definitely will be back for more.

bacon sampler YES PLEASE !!had a great time start to finish at knife, the staff was really accommodating and helped us reserve a room for an event. they managed a large group greatly and recommended portionsthey have dried aged meats up to 45 days old, 5 kinds of bacon and a lot of delightful bites. I had the Shanghai lobster but I think I liked the appetizers the most

Came in for lunch with my daughter and was slightly disappointed. I’ve come on multiple different occasions and this place is still consistently mediocre for the pricing. The staff was attentive but not proactive. My daughter got a steak and it was super heavy on the salt , possibly a line cook made it since it seemed to be during the lunch to dinner rotation of staff. I ordered a Hamburger which came just as a plain hamburger. Had I known nothing came on it I would have order the normal condiments to accompany the burger. I will say that tomato soup was at least top 5 on my list of best places to get a soup. I want to like this place because of the reputation but this place just comes up short every visit.

Came here for the first time a few weeks back and I must say - great food, beautiful ambiance, and a true royal dine in. I was super impressed with the quality of everything!!! We ordered a Fillet mignon, Mac&cheese, and fries! ? SOOO good! Food was definitely worth the price and I must say this is a new date night option from now on. ?

11/19/21-This was a special dinner at a special restaurant. They are known for their aged steaks and they don’t disappoint. The steaks are flavorful and melt in your mouth. The service was top notch and the servers are knowledgeable and helpful. They know that they have something unique and they all want to share it with you. They have an extensive wine list, fresh baked breads, bacon sampler, and incredible steaks. It is expensive, but leaves one feeling that it was all worth the price. If you find yourself in Plano and want to have a truly great dinner, I highly recommend Knife.

I’ve been here a few times, and today I finally tried the legendary 240 day dry age.I’ve been a steak lover since I was a kid and I’ve had a lot of good steaks over the years, but dry-aging is a relatively new experience for me, and there’s nothing like it. If you’re a carnivore and a steak lover, dry-aged steak is a must try. Get a 45 day ribeye and share it with a friend. These are stellar steaks that, in my opinion, blow the competition out of the water in the dry-aging arena. So far I’ve tried the 45, 120 and now the 240, and I’m hooked. It’s immensely flavorful, the aroma is striking, and the crisp and punch of the outside of the steak is just pure bliss. If you’re not big into dry aging, they have a killer pork belly and plenty of other awesome culinary experiences, but the thing that really sets Knife apart from other DFW fare is that outstanding dry-aged flavor.I will say this: don’t try the 240 by yourself. Share it with a few friends. It’s a unique meal and it deserves to be shared (and you can split the check!)Love this place and continue to be impressed.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and Knife Steakhouse took care of us. Relaxing, chill atmosphere. If you love bacon highly recommend the bacon board, each piece has it's unique flavor and the Jam on the side was sweet. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and Salmon was delicious.

The Knife is a beautiful restaurant, we enjoyed dinner there. The oysters are quite fresh and lobster is well-cooked. However the special ribeye here is kind of dry and not quite my taste, and the soup they give us is boiling-hot.

Excellent local spot with impeccable service and quality food. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. Our party of four enjoyed steak, sides, and wine. We spent approximately $100 per person.

I had a great first time experience at Knife. Our server James treated us very well. He was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. I had the flank steak and Mac and cheese and a pineapple martini to drink. Everything was delicious. We even had this fresh veggies and dip to nibble on at the table. The presentation was everything. I definitely recommend going to Knife for a nice date night or girls night out.
