After traveling all over the Midwest eating at a wide variety of bbq places, this place just didn’t fill the hype of good Texas bbq. The ribs were undercooked, brisket seemed way too fatty, and the sausage was very undesirable. The lean brisket was very good, and the sides were good. We were in Plano for the day and had to stop before heading back to Kansas City. Seemed like a satellite location where the food was cooked elsewhere and brought in to serve. Wasn’t a fan. Spent $80 for lunch and regretted stopping. Wished for more. You judge for yourself, but this location just didn’t meet the expectations of quality bbq. Gary. KCMO.

One word…GREASE. So much grease. It was overwhelming. The ribs were fatty and didn’t have much flavor and were way too greasy and we ended up throwing them away. The sausage was good, but incredibly greasy. The sides were very good and the staff was friendly. But if we’re going to pay such exorbitant prices, it shouldn’t be so greasy.
Wonderful place, great experience. Amazing food. Mac and cheese is soooo good as is the brisket.
