Ordered a 3 piece meal, was charged for a 3 piece with 2 sides and only received 2 pieces and one side (decided by them). Chicken was cold and stalled, just disappointing and a waste of money
On 1/17/22, I placed an order and paid for KFC via the KFC app. Received message that order was ready for pickup. When I got to the restaurant drive thru, I was informed that the KFC part was closed and there was no chicken. I told them that I ordered and paid via the app and it didn't say that. I proceeded to call KFC Customer Service. She told me that the charge would be credited back to my credit card. It wasn't. The charge went through. I called KFC Customer Service today and no one answered. The calls kept timing out. Finally, I had to just call my credit card company to dispute the charge.Piss poor KFC location.Piss poor KFC Customer Service.
I ordered a pick up order on 01/25/2022. In my app, it showed that my delivery is ready. So I went to picked it up. They they said that they ran out of chicken and couldn't make my order. Contact KFC to get the refund. I didn't get my refund yet.

Everytime I go to this location we are given old food. It's like a weird brownish gray color and tough to eat.
Crispy golden chicken was expected, over cooked dark crust, didn't resemble or taste like original recipe.
I come to this location multiple times a week because I work in the area. The pot pie is THE BEST I have ever purchased! It’s large, always hot, and filled with veggies and meat. I also come for the Half sweet tea half lemonade! Mariana is usually at the window and she mixes it PERFECTLY. The accuracy of the orders and the professionalism of the employees is impeccable compared to any other KFC I have been to. I also usually order the chicken littles and original chicken thighs with KFC sauce. The sauce is my favorite. I always look forward to having a satisfying lunch hour with KFC and it’s helpful staff. Thank you!
Long waiting lines in the store. Rude customer service. Old chicken fries. Overall, bad experience. Will never be back again here for sure.
Great drive through service. But Mold on my Bread … not good i called millions of times to let them know and no answer. KFClinic ???
Poor food quality. Team Member Tried to deny refund at window immediately after receiving order and expressing concern. Manager eventually issued refund.
