Sad to see this is STILL up after all these months.Fun fact: average yearly pay for a team member at KFC is $18k / year. People cannot live off of rates like this and you'll continue to be short staffed until you do better. But blaming the workers shows extremely poorly on management and we won't be coming here anytime soon.
I've never had to wait so long on fast food like I did here. When I went back to the window the lady (who was actually really nice) said only 3 more minutes. A whole 7 minutes more passed. The kitchen needs to get it together.
Make sure to count the pieces on your order before you leave the store. This happened to me three times, including today's order, where I got less than the amount I ordered. I ordered a 16 piece bucket but only received 12, a 12 piece bucket and only received 10, and a 12 piece bucket where I only received 11 today.
Tried to give this kfc a second chance but I couldn’t even eat it. This is the second time I’ve gotten food from them and the chicken was just off like it was bad or hadn’t been cleaned properly. Seriously disgusting and a waste of money. Never again.
Was great, mashed potatoes awesome flavor and texture, crispy chicken was good and Coleslaw fresh. And biscuits ❤️
KFC showing you that before you even apply, the managers are gonna be petty and treat you terribly. Looks like they need a management change or a higher starting pay.
Fast courteous service and the meal was hot and good, sides were filled completely, good place to go
Just ordered something in the drivethru. I drove to the next window to pick up my food and the server trashed my receipt before I could ask for it. I got my food, drove home and saw that I had a 2 piece instead of a 3 piece. I definitely won't be going back. It is sad that you have to triple and double check everything because of incompetence.
The manager is beyond nice. I called closer to closing time with an order and the staff was so nice despite me coming si late. They treat you like the family you take your food home to!!
Just had a lady tell me I didn't order the 8pc Family fill-up, (despite me actually ordering it) & I don't get a 3rd Large side bc I "didn't pay for it" & they're the same gd price.? Thanks to the gentleman who stepped in, with some actual top-tier customer service & talked her into (her words) "letting me have it THIS time"? {& no reciept}
