Edit: went back again last week. So much better than the previous visit. Back to the normal Kenny's I'm used to.It's always been great. But today seemed a little off. The fries were not hot. A lot of the cheese was still not melted. I understand it's probably a fine line. But they we're a little disappointing. The Juicy Lucy thiugh, was amazing.

Phenomenal experience, the staff was incredible and the food was equally incredible. We had a guy who goes by Hunter as our server, he was the absolute best server we have ever had! Extremely friendly and polite, and worked his tail off the entire time to make sure everyone was having a great meal. The kitchen staff gave us food for free to try, which by the way, was absolutely incredible. Everything about our experience here was amazing. If I could give more stars I would!
Kenny’s is the absolute best! Not only do they have spectacular customer service, they treat customers very well. Hunter was our waiter. He took the time to explain the menu to us and made sure our group enjoyed our first dining experience at Kenny’s. He went above and beyond by giving us the best dining experience. The facility itself is nice and clean. The prices are reasonable and the serving sizes are big. Everything we tried was very flavorful and satisfying. This is easily the best burger place in town (in my opinion). The pesto aioli is game changing, make sure to get some with your meal!!!
Good evening dear visitors! Yesterday we came to this restaurant for dinner to eat burgers, because the reviews were very good! But unfortunately the service was very slow, the burger was average nothing special honestly if you want to eat a burger better go drive thru somewhere else! Just spend money for nothing, ordered cheesefries to the surprise of $ 10 for this miracle, simple french fries with a thick layer of cheese on top that turns into chewing gum in a matter of minutes! The children were ordered chicken nuggets, so hard that I almost broke my teeth as an adult, the children left hungry! Me and my family were so disappointed with this place! I don't know where they get such reviews from! I recommend to be careful before going here! Thanks!

Superior quality in all menu items. Burger meat is exceptional. Restaurant tables are very close creating a loud cramped environment. Oddly seats are so uncomfortable both my son and I asked each other if your rear is sore after leaving. We'll do take out next time. The quality will keep us coming back.
I used to love this location but the service here has gone so down hill I’d not even bother going to this location in Plano I’d recommend going to the one off legacy and Sam Rayburn tollway. We went to the Plano location last night sat there for 15 minutes before a server greeted us. Our appetizers came out before our drink order then then the main entrees were never put in to the system after ordering we waited around for 45 minutes the server came over multiple times told us he was checking on our food but it was never put in. People came in behind us and were already done eating and leaving while we were still waiting on our food. We never received the food we ended up leaving the restaurant and going somewhere else. To me it looks like the servers and management just could not handle it even though I’ve seen it way busier.
