Terrible service! I left the store without ordering due to the SLOW AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. 2 guys in the cash and they couldnt figure it out how to charge ONE CUSTOMER infront onf me for 15 minutes. This is not the the first time This is was the favorite Jimmy John's but they recently changed the staff and you can tell... previously this week I order to delivery... up to one hour in a none busy hour, at the end the order was incomplete. Definetly something change in management and not for the best.
Never again. I'm done with Jimmy John's (at least this location). I placed order for immediate delivery at 4:28pm. Store called and said they didn't have any drivers until 5:30pm. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but she didn't know how to do that, so I had no choice but to wait an hour. REALLY??! But the order never showed up. I called the store multiple times between 6:15-6:30pm, got yelled at by another employee, then he hung up on me - TWICE! I asked for the manager's name and phone number; he claimed he didn't know who manages the store. So I drove to the store at 6:30pm and demanded a refund. He said he didn't know how to issue a refund, but I refused to leave without it. Then he magically opened the cash register and refunded the sale. This is beyond absurd. Why not just disable delivery on the app if no drivers are available?! Very frustrated with this entire transaction!
This is my go to JJ by my office. Usually happy with this location but this week they are having some major issues. Just want to warn everyone. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They only had one line making sandwiches for in store, pickup & delivery. I will update next time I go if they improve.
Yesterday was my first (and most likely last) visit to a Jimmy Johns. Only 1 person at the register taking orders, long line, VERY VERY slow making sandwiches & my sandwich was a complete disappointment.. Two slices of turnkey. Cheese was $1.16 EXtra. I asked for Dijon mustard, along with whatever else came on the sandwich. Got the sandwich in my car and when I unwrapped it it was dry as a bone. NO mustard, NO NOTHING! Just 1 piece of cheese & 2 pieces of turkey with LOTS & LOTS OF BREAD. YUCK! And pretty pricy too/ What a waste!
Hey, don't go changing up the ingredients to a sandwich without telling people. A spicy item subbed for a normally not spicy item might anger some of your customers, especially the ones that don't like spicy capicola and do like to leave reviews online.

was 100% "freaky fast"both my sammies were done by the time i finished filling up my soda and getting the lid on.(nothing worse than waiting 5 minutes for a sandwich at a jimmy johns. the whole point and design of the place is speed)when im back in that area i'll go there again for sure.
I was having trouble with the app (operator error I’m sure) and I was feeling overwhelmed to hurry, get this thing ordered and bring food for my sweetheart who had been working in the hot July sun all day-he was ravenous.I called the Jimmy Johns on Windhaven in Frisco and spoke with Isaiah, the manager. What a gentleman! Sharp as a tack and put me at ease right away. He helped me get my order in, even showed me how the promo worked (you need to sign up if you haven’t-they make it worth any time you take to sign on for rewards) and I was on my way. Hassle free.Sandwiches are really so good and freshly made the way you wish all sandwiches were made! Thanks Isaiah-your kindness made a positive difference in my day.
Thomas was AMAZING and delivered to us so quickly! We had somewhat of a large order and a specific time line we were working with for delivery. We accidentally selected the wrong address when ordering that was a little further away from the original address used to place the order. When I called to see if there was anything they could do for us, they were EXTREMELY nice and professional and made sure we still got our food. Thank you Thomas and Jimmy Johns team - Windhaven location :)
