We placed an order for delivery to a conference and after an hour of waiting and several phone calls, we went to the store to find that not only did they mark it was out for delivery but it wasnt even made yet. Receipt order was still clearly sitting at the sandwich station. I can understand if they got slammed from the conference itself but a simple phone call to say we will not be able to deliver at this time, would make a heck of a difference! Instead we were meet with excuses and lies on the driver just returning from a delivery, the system not working right, and being bogged down, etc. Communication and responsibility for the poor service would’ve made a difference in this review! However that is not what happened! They didn’t even offer a refund on the tip!!
Ordered sandwich from this location with my rewards this was by far the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from here it was missing items and completely dry very disappointed
I ordered two sandwiches for delivery the way they come without any modifications. I had placed an order at 8:07 PM and 2 hours later I still hadn’t received my order. When I call they just say it’s out for delivery but it had been in that status for over half an hour when I called back and the website doesn’t even update the order status. The disappointing part is that this isn’t the first occasion that I’ve placed an order for delivery and have had it delivered over an hour later even though I live across the street. I recommend to never order delivery since you will be wasting your money on a service that arrives extremely late.
I've been to this location 4 or 5 times. It's hit or miss on service but the sandwiches have been great.
Order is wrong more than half the time. Sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller.
Delivery is SOOOO slow!!! Over an hour waiting for a sandwich twice now!
My sandwich wasn't even correct like dude it had 3 ingredients.And your missing two of them..Like what I even have a screenshot of the order and everything to show and a picture of the sandwich how is it this hard I order the same sandwich Everytime and it comes different so many times
The people here are extremely rude. I asked for a sandwich without dressing, and they made one with dressing. They asked me "is there any reason why you don't want dressing" and I said "No, I just don't like it" so they remade it. They left all the dressing on it and moved it to a different sandwich.I went in today and told the employee there about it. He laughed then said ok, we'll get it right this time. He said your total is $20, and I'm like..."that's the price of 2 sandwiches?" Hi asked if he could remake it and he said "No, were not gonna do that".Why are all these employees so rude? They already threw out the sandwich they messed up the first time, and then the 2 they were making when I went back. 3 sandwiches gone, and my problem wasn't resolved and I left felling disrespected.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
No one was wearing a mask while they stand over all the food prepping ask day. Don't trust them to keep my food clean
Not as freaking fast as they say, but still quick. Food was great. I found it better than subway. Sorry subway. Will go back.
