My 7 year old suggested we leave a review: “this place is pure goodness”. This is one of our regular spots we eat together.
Just picked up a $50 order my family placed online. We had to drive and couldn’t check the order until we got home but trusted that making sandwiches shouldn’t be too hard. They made 2/3 of the order wrong, completely wrong meats on one and one sandwich was just bacon and cheese?? It’s like they just guessed and threw stuff together at random. If you’re out of certain ingredients maybe call to let us know before proceeding with the order. Not worth the energy to get a refund but we’re never buying anything from this location again.
If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a sandwich over a week ago that was delivered to the wrong address after calling they stated they would not redeliver the sandwich since it was 8:30 pm so i asked for a refund which i have been waiting for for over a week. I’ve called the stores multiple times and was told the manager would call me back and they took my number i never received a call back. I called and told a team member how unprofessional i think it has been on how they are handling this situation and he hung up in my face. so here i am a week later no refund i had points for a coupon for a free sandwich on my next visit and they voided that coupon as well. all around i have received no help from any mangers or anyone for that matter. the management and team at this location are horrible and simply do not care. do better.
We ordered 2 sandwiches, got home, and my husband's sandwich didn't have any meat on it! Too far to go back. Other than that, the sandwiches were good.
Not sure if they're understaffed but this location always seems to be a bit slow for pickup via online order. It's probably better to order during a time slot than ASAP because by the time I get my sandwich, it's ready at the earliest time slot. :(
This place increased their prices. Their sandwiches are $1 more than other jimmy John’s stores.
Stale bread. Sub was way too salty. Too far from my home otherwise would have gone back and returned it.
Ordered on the app and waited outside until the app said it was ready, but it never updated. Finally went in and was given a soggy wrap. Also wasted my reward credit because they were out of what I requested and refused to do anything
I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. I always ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for the price.
They hit the trifecta...Good sandwiches.Clean establishment.Friendly staff.
