This was the best experience I have had at a jimmy John’s so I thought I would share. On March 31, 2022 I ordered 48 little Jimmy’s at 12:40 pm and within 20 minutes the order was on its way to be delivered to the hospital. Did I mention that over half of the sandwiches were special orders?I was so grateful and so was the nursing staff at Medical City Plano L&D to have a fast and delicious lunch when it had been an especially tough and busy day. Thank you Jimmy John’s staff in Plano for making this such a great experience!
Visit here frequently, in and out no problem. Staff are friendly and haven’t noticed any problems. Dining area is clean. No complaints. Food is made quickly and is good.

Poor customer service. They show no interest in the customers and do not care. I walked in and didn’t even get greeted, just completely went on with their conversation. Not even a smile or a how was your day. The service could be better, a smile goes a long way. When I asked how their day was the woman said “don’t even ask” like wow and didn’t even ask how mine was going.
Went into store at 9:52 pm and hours says open till 10pm but they wouldn't serve me as said they just closed. What the heck....
Love me some jimmy johns. However associates working were not interested in helping us.
I was hungry,arrived here at 21:21 but it was closed while in the google map told that it should be open till 22:00
