I moved in the area 2 months ago. I've gotten food here 4 times. Twice I have gotten sick from the food. I write this review because I'm not coming back. I'll still go to my old JJ.The last sandwich I got there had soured lettuce and I got sick from the sub for at least 3 days. I don't usually write reviews, but with a 50:50 chance of illness I might as well show some of Jon Taffer's attitude about "MAKIN PEOPLE SICK!"
So we place an order online and after 40 minutes of no food, we call asking for an update. We were told by the woman on the phone that she promised us a call back with an update. 20 minutes later...now an hour after placing our order...I call them back asking for an update. She says the driver is still delayed and she tried calling me twice. Ok...phone right her and no call at all. Why is that I ask ? She accused me of being rude and disrespectful and said our food would be delayed at least another 20 minutes. So...1-1/2 hours to get 2 sandwiches? What's wrong with that scenario ? Why is asking your employees showing disrespect ? When is honesty disrespectful ? Why not be honest and communicative from the very beginning to help these situations from deteriorating ?
I've never seen a Jimmy Johns as busy as that one however, Service was still fairly quick and the sandwich ? was good.
Ordered two of the small turkey tom sandwichs. Small bread with lettuce and two slices of turkey. $4. Wasn't worth a buck! I'll be going to Jersey Mike's from now on. Suggest you not order the little John sandwich.
EDIT as of 1/11/2022:I am DEFINITELY a happy customer! Not only did I receive a Jimmy John's gift card from corporate in the mail, Chad (the owner) provided me a meal on him (and delivered to my job!!!). I am definitely pleased with how this situation was handled, by both Chad and corporate, and will be ordering from them again. Thank you Chad!!(4 Stars due to previous experience)Would give 0 stars if possible! Not only did I order off of Doordarsh and not get my order, I called to let them know, and it STILL wasn't delivered! I had to wait to get OFF OF WORK to go up there and get my order! To top it off, it wasn't made correctly! (Pictures Below) I will NEVER order from this JJ ever again! Doordarsh or NOT!!Side Note: 1) What if I were allergic to Cucumbers?2) I'm pretty sure they didn't put the vinegar & oil like i requested ??♀️
One of the better Jimmy John’s around.The limited selection of sandwiches works nicely as it’s easy to select something tasty without having to wait a long time for them to make it.Food: Great tasting sandwiches that are consistent in quality. That’s a big plus. You can customize your sandwich, or course but there aren’t 100’s of options.Service: Food is truly made freaky fast. From order to ready in a few minutes, max.Highly recommend ordering via their app if you are picking up. You can literally order when arriving at store, pay online and walk in to the order being packed, ready to go.

I thought if I drive there and order it, it would happen - nope, they put the correct order and requests on the ticket but not on the sandwich. I started getting sandwiches from here since mid-2021. I always order online and pick up my order at the location. Everything is exceptional. My subs are always fresh made exactly as I requested and ready when I get there. I feel like a welcome guest as the staff is starting to get to know me for the few seconds I'm in there. If you want a no contact order to pick up quickly from friendly staff, then this is the place to go.
