Have been coming here fairly regularly for a few years. Food has been fine and consistent. Normally I eat lunch closer to 11 but lately I've been stopping by during the normal lunch hour. There needs to be better organization for handling sandwiches being made between the online orders and the people standing in line. 10 people in line the other day and it was 28 minutes between walking in and walking out. Long stretches of time where they only made orders for online and ignored the folks in front of them. Not this badly, but all my recent visits have taken 15 min plus to grab a sandwich due to how few orders they'll fulfil for the people in front of the counter while they focus on the online orders.
Ordered a sub online using a coupon that this specific restaurant distributed in our office building. Specifically marked for curb side pickup. Parked in their curbside spot, called the number and no one answered. Tried several times, waited over 10 minutes. Finally went inside where 3 employees (young men) who could see me in the pickup spot were playing on their cell phones. I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't there, the 1 young man said he could help me. I explained what was going on and that I just wanted the order canceled at that point, he took my online printed information, got on the register and told me it was canceled. He lied, I was still charged. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I got the chicken Philly and my dad got turkey provolone no provolone, very good! Will be back. staff was friendly. Sandwiches were epic.
This business gives back to the community. The day I went was the day it gave a percentage of the days take to my child's elementary school.
I came in for lunch today around 1pm and there was a line to the door which isn’t a problem because I don’t mind waiting. But while I was waiting in the line I started to notice that the employee wrapping the subs ( I believe his name is John from what I heard the other employees call him) was having a bad attitude with most of the customers and he kept going on his phone. Now I thought It was just me who thought this but my co-workers have experienced him being this way. Even though the line moved fairly fast and the food was good I would’ve given this place 0 stars based on this one guy. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because Colby always makes sure I’m taken care of and the blonde girl’s customer service was 10x better than John.
There is a new Asian- American kid that just started there and he is very rude. I normally never have any problems when I come to this store I love all the employees that are here but this kid is not like the others. His customer service needs to be taken care of or they will lose plenty of business not just from me either.
Always love the subs . Customer service wise .. employees look unhappy to be there.

Philly Cheese steak was not very good ?Will stay with Fred's Philly.
