I had multiple members of my executive team fly in to visit, and I had a miscommunication with the big boss about coordinating a team lunch for everyone to catch up. I thought he was coordinating, he thought I was taking care of it. 12:15 rolls around and he calls my cell “hey are we still doing lunch?” (I’m at another location at the time, and he’s been in meetings doing high level strategic decision making for the entire company all morning)By the end of that sentence, I knew I messed up. I awkwardly explain how I thought he was taking care of it.I spring into action ensuring him I’m on top of it, and that the fuel they need to run the company will be there soon.Who do I call? Jason’s Deli.I explain the situation I cornered myself into, to the lady on the phone. “How quick can you get me sammiches to feed 20 people?!”Lady: gimme about 20 minutes.Me: lock it in, and let’s roll. Thank you!!I quickly inform my counterpart in charge of the site to take delivery of the goods.Counterpart: “how many ya get food fer?”Me: 20Counterpart: *extremely mild concern that it will be enoughI panick and call Jason’s deli back.“Hey I’m the guy in a pickle that just called. Can we up the order to 30??”Lady (calm cool and collected): moving the phone slightly away from her, I hear her call out to her team who I picture fearlessly throwing the sammich plates together to get me out of a bind. “Need 10 more!!!!!” She shifts her attention back to me. “We’ll have it ready sir”Me: “THANK YOU!!”It must be a record. From the time I received the distress call to the time the food was served, exactly 31 minutes had elapsed.I received some good natured poking and prodding, and everyone walked away with full stomachs, ready to tackle the next huge business decision.To the lady who answered the call, and all the folks behind the scenes making it happen, a big THANKS for making it no so bad.

Triple check your orders here! Upon picking up my order, I noticed extra dressing was missing. Got home and found the “Bigger Better BLT” was missing the *BACON*#EpicFailure

Love the salad bar just wish there were more protein items like beans or lentils. Thanks!

Good is good and always fresh. My only complaint is the unwelcoming cashier named Syrenia I believe her name is. She is so unwelcoming and unhelpful on purpose.

Always a pretty good deal on the food prices. I really wish they would have better covid protocols as far as insisting people wear masks unless actually eating.

Best baked potatoes ever. You can customize them too. I add broccoli to mine. No bacon or chicken.

Fresh food, nice staff, good quantity, right price . Would give five star if they would have more vegetarian/vegan choice.

The food is really good but they haven't had saltine crackers in over a month. The cashiers are really helpful and patient as you prepare to order.

Always great customer service, love going to the Parker/Preston location in Plano TX. I go here often now. There should be some type of loyalty program for a free meal.

Good Food, but do not use online system. I had multiple charges on my account that did not belong to me but others in our party. What's the point of allowing separate payments if your credit card information can be used for other orders. Also do not save credit card in system because it can be charged at a later date. Scary!
