Their smoothies have been pretty consistent. I get the strawberries wild or açaí antioxidant drink and they’re delicious. But one time I went, I saw the employee pour my smoothie in the cup. It was clear to me he didn’t make enough. It was an inch or so away from the top. I notified the cashier to come over. She also agreed that it was not full. But they remade it which is great customer service!
Why do you openly ask "do you want to leave a tip?" while I'm paying for my order before I ever see anything that I'd judge service on to leave a tip?? Very weird pre-service tip practice that makes customers feel awkward."I've known you for 20 seconds, and I've done nothing for you other than put your order in the computer. Can I have some extra money?"?? NO
When I first got there we ordered two medium smoothies and a egg sandwich and it was expensive and with my expression that it was expensive I still decided to get it but changed the drinks to small and the lady still had the audacity to ask for a tip and I expected it to be a fresh sandwich for the price but it was frozen
This was my first time at Jamba and I have to admit, amazing smoothies!!
This was a juice not a smoothie. Tropical smoothie is way better than this place.
Working with Leah is great she’s always so helpful and friendly she always has a smile on her face…..
I really enjoy this Jamba. It’s right down the street from my office and I usually have a smoothie for lunch. The GM is so friendly and she always says hi and is such a delight every time I walk in. I never leave jamba sad or without a smile. She does such an amazing job loving her job.
Yummy!! Very refreshing on a hot and busy work day!
Got the new bold Macha drink and it definitely delivered the flavor! Love their healthy yet always delicious drinks!
Usually it's ok, and they ask for their tip and I get my drink. Well, that's except for my first trip and my latest trip. The first trip, they made it clear that they had a preference for the other customer that was there over me. For example, for the other customer they brought him his drink and smiled and did a dance, but for me she just took the drink and slammed it on the counter. It's not a big deal, but I had left a tip so it's problematic. The latest trip, I told the guy to go ahead and put a tip on the receipt, but he doubled it. That wasn't cool. That's like robbery. And it comes off your card immediately and you don't get to contest it. This is why you shouldn't leave a tip here!
