I ordered on the mobile app the other day just to get to the restaurant and find that it isn’t even open. The girl working just kept telling me she was the only one there and she can’t do everything by herself… okay but what about my money? She said she didn’t know how to do that either and to call corporate. Okay, it’s been two days, I’ve sent two different refund request forms and called the district manager (who didn’t answer) and I have yet to receive a refund or even be contacted about it. I’m really disappointed. If your store isn’t open, then turn off your mobile app ordering, or at the very least don’t make us jump through hoops to get our money back..
Kept me waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins and gave me a hard time when I got to the window. If that’s not the kicker when I got home opened the bag the order was all wrong. I went back and the door was locked at 8pm. I told them they made my order wrong they gave me my money back and didn’t even say sorry. I will never go back to this location. If you can stay clear of this location worst service ever
While the food is fresh and the line is never long, in two days in a row I ordered from this place, first she never gave receipt. Second wrong size of drink and wrong drink! Just read the order. Sweet or not sweet are easy job. Third, missing nuggets. Need to say more? No greetings, not because I need the greet and goodbye but I need to know if you're done with my order and I could leave or need to stay for complete order.Fix it!!! Hope the management see this! Tired of sub-par service of this place. How are u gonna compete with a bunch of chains crowding and eat your customers?
Worst jack in the box I've ever had. Not sure how the food quality can be this much worse than normal jack. My tacos were old cold raw and strangely stale. Burger was a disheveled dry stale lukewarm mess. Truly worst and strangest experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. The only thing good about this was i didn't get sick after eating a few bites and throwing the rest away
I've never been to a more consistently disappointing business of any kind. Half the times I've been no one is even working even tho they are open. The other half they have an incredibly incompetent staff. I don't blame the staff though. I've lived here for years and it's consistently embarrassing. Simply bad management. Half way considering applying for the job because anyone who has worked in any food industry could easily meet the expectations currently set. Sounds like I can hire anyone and do anything and sleep in the office and still make a salary
The worst customer service I've ever seen. I was for someone to order at the counter and they ignored me after having made eye contact with me multiple times. I waited more than 10 minutes and left.
This is what you call the WORST location EVER!!! They give Jack In The Box a bad name!!!! Whoever the manager is tonight 12/28/21 should find another job because she is the worst!!!! I asked for a burger with meat, cheese and Mayo only and they literally give me a burger bun with cheese and when I called twice to ask about it she hung up in my face
Service was good, food was typical JNB. The tables, floor and seats were dirty. The door entering the store was dirty, with smudge marks and fingerprints on the glass. The trash can I used by the exit was full, and needed emptying. The store was not busy at 9am Friday morning, someone should be cleaning the front of the house.
Every time I come to this location I get drive through and the customer service is excellent. My food is ready in a reasonable amount of time and I always get asked if I would like condiments. No issues and it one of my go to Jack locations for fast drive through service. 4/5 check them out if you’re in the area.
This place either needs to shut down or replace the employees. My brother and i came here since we haven't been here in a while and we definitely regret it. The employees are loud, rude, and inconsiderate. The men's restroom was dirty and that's a understatement. There was toilet water and feces all over the floor and we let them know what was going on and they just stood there and said "so what? What do you want done about it? It's not our problem so we don't care" I've never met any employees like these people who didn't care about their jobs or anything
