I been here twice this week and the first time I came around 11pm and they forgot my chicken sandwich today I asked for a sausage breakfast jack and I get a regular breakfast jack.
This is the grossest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. The dining room is always a mess and the food tastes disgusting. Do you guys not change the oil in the fryer or something?
I Ordered egg rolls, tacos and stuffed jalapenos, all were good. The only complaint is I asked for sweet and sour, taco sauce and ranch. Got home and found they didn't put the ranch in for the jalapenos.
It does the job if you need something to eat. It's fast food so you can't expect much.
Average Jack in the box. I wish they didn't use the kitchen mop to mop the dining room. The floor is super slippery!!!Update: I usually drive through. Today I dined in. All the tables need to be cleaned off.

They didn’t give us our drinks messed up our order on multiple occasions we go there like 3 times a week and we notice how they slowly started slacking
The Best. The first time my burger ever looked better than the display ad. Food was hot, service was impeccable, dining room was neat and clean, windows were even crystal clean.
Charge me more than it was supposed to be and gave me the wrong order too and didn’t give me a recipe so I wasn’t even able to change it
