Was given cold curry fries that were literally broken down pieces. Rudest Jacob & a girl that kept the word "what else every time I want to say something" They were so lazy to give me fresh curries so they scooped the last broken pieces & cold just for me... How nasty it was! I threw it away and they kept my hard working money... Never again!
Worst experience ever. I went thru the drive and placed my order at 2:39pm I ordered #11 chicken sandwich it was made with the wrong kind of bread. I also ordered 5 mini churros those were given to me stale I tried one and it was hard as a rock. I ordered loaded triple cheese bacon curly fries with extra triple cheese bacon setup and they didn't bother to add the extra cheese setup that I paid for. I ordered a small coke it tasted like pure carbonated water down coke. I also ordered 50/50 popcorn chicken the chicken was under cooked and they were givin to me at room temperature. I went back to try to get a refund the manager that was working today said we don't give refunds we only replace food or drink items. I was angry told her that I'm going to contact corporate and report her and as I drive away from the window she tries to spit on my mom's car luckily she missed the car as I was driving away. I did contact the corporate asking for a refund hopefully they will issue a refund and fire the manager that was on duty earlier today. I will never go to this jack in the box again I will not recommend my friends and family to go eat at this location I prefer the parker rd store they always get my order out fresh hot and correct and get out fast. I hope the owner sees my complaint and contact me soon.
Friendly staff, clean dining room and restrooms. The food was properly prepared. I love the loaded tiny tacos.The drink machine had limited choices but I can understand that right now. I do wish they offered Sprite in the dining room machine.
I wish I could give zero stars Jacob that’s what his name tag stated messed up my order . I asked for a bowl ,he then lied stated they didn’t have a bowl instead of correcting my order. I come here every single day order the exact same order . This bad experience only happens when he’s there. If he don’t like his job go find another job ! If it wasn’t for paying customers you wouldn’t have a job also he threw my card back to me! This company really need to train him on professionalism, customer service, and the way he takes orders asking what else very distasteful!! Do yourself a favor JIB get rid of this guy and get someone who want to work !
It was jack in the box. What else can I say. The tacos were over done, they weren't their usual look and taste. Tasted stale and were just not the normal look / taste that their tacos are. Plus it was at night around 8 pm and the drive thru was pack.
There a guy here who works the overnight shift. He is always on point with the orders and his courtesy. Wish i knew his name but he is great.
I like jack in the box. But let me tell you... order their sprite. Literally the best sprite. I literally go to this one over all others just for their sprite.
The employees here are very rude always they barely understand English and sure can barely speak it. Which is very frustrating when you are spending your money and they 98% of the time mess up the order and never give you all utensils or sauces im mean seriously and then today I I at work so I used Uber eats to order my food and they gave it to wrong person the Uber guy calls me and says have you gotten your food I said no he puts me on the phone with a Hispanic man you had a language barrier and he said sorry call grub hub I can't do anything for you so I got upset like yall can take my money but have nothing more to say except sorry call grub hub you should have replaced my order and gave it to the correct Uber eats man to satisfy your paying customers instead you rather lose customers this place needs a management check and customer service evaluation seriously I rather drive further to a place I know I will be treated with respect seeing is without us paying customers they wouldn't have jobs
I'm amazed at how good this jack in the box is. Food has always been good and fresh. Hard to believe it's fast food sometimes
I decided to try the bacon stacked sandwich. It wasn't what I expected. The egg was suppose to have bits of bacon in it. The sandwich I received looked just like a breakfast jack?? I am a bit disappointed ☹️ If anyone gets this sandwich double check it!! I even ask the cashier and told him that the sandwich wasn't right... He said it was the stacked sandwich. If I wanted a breakfast jack I would have ordered it!!!!
