Always a great experience! Tony does his best to take care of his customers from start to finish!! As a pregnant women with a toddler in tow, I truly appreciate his help and going the extra mile to make sure that everyone is taken care of.

Friendly and attentive staff. Food is made to order, so it's hot, fresh and tastes AMAZING!! Restaurant was clean and drink station was well maintained and kept up with... if you go during a busy time(lunch or dinner rush) then seating tends to be limited, so get there ahead of the crowd or go at an off time.I personally recommend getting the double-double, animal-style and with chopped chilis. Also get 2 sides of spread, for dipping your fries, you'll love it!!I highly recommend giving In-N-Out burger a try... enjoy!!?????
Great burgers, fries were okay. I love this place though. Every time we go to Texas, we visit here! I’d recommend this place, if your looking for a good burger.
Tastes amazing just like ones in California. Service is always second to none. Meat has great texture fries are delicious. Like can be a bit long and dreadful during rush hours but it’s worth the slight waitHighly recommended
I am vegetarian so I get the burger without the patty, only vegetables and grilled onions. Every time I ask them to grill away from the meat I know they don't because I get a tummy ache almost immediately after eating it. Yet, I go sometimes because I forget and suffer the consequences. I know people love this place but can they add a plant based burger to the menu please. And designate an area of the grill for plant based customers.
First time trying In-n-out burger after moving from east coast. It did not disappoint at all! I definitely won’t categorize in-n-out as a gourmet burger, but as fast-food/fast-casual burger joint, it’s so much better than shake shack. Every ingredient was fresh and well prepared. Customer service was great as well.
Amazing animal style 3 x 3 cheeseburger as usual. Fresh crunchy fries. Little light on the salt, good for the health-conscious. Overall great dining experience, but expect a long wait time as this place stays pretty busy.

Fries are not good, my burger was ok at best. There were a lot of workers but my food seemed like it took a while to get prepared. Clean facility and well maintained.
