Tina was an exceptional staff member with a golden heart and voice, she even sang to us. We loved it. Food was in everyone's dietary needs, service was quick and tasty.IHOP Plano off 75 with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible parking lot and seating.
Now I see why the ratings are so low, orders a 2 crepe combo, lemon blueberry ricotta and 2 sausage and scrambled eggs, I got brought out 2 strawberry cheesecake crepes, 2 bacon scrambled eggs. Like really? The waitress ordered what she wanted to eat I guess.I definitely won't be returning especially because the bathroom was disgusting and it was "just cleaned"
Our waitress was AMAZING!!!!She kept the water coming (long day at work) she let us change our order ?♂️ my bad. The food was hot! The service was great! She made us laugh!And i got a chocolate pancake at the end ?? it was GREAT!!!!the hamburger omelets were on point!Lol it was a great meal a great evening.The waitress made it all the better!!! Thank you!!
Came to eat at this place. Everything was going well , until we were going to leave my son had an accident. He vomit right at the entrance and I did ask for paper towels and I grabbed the trash can and put it in front of the vomit for ME TO CLEAN IT UP! No one came and brought me the paper towels for me to clean it up. 2 of the customers that were seated at the entrance did say that someone was gonna come to mop it, they didn’t work there. I did apologize to those 2 customers since they saw my son throwing up. I couldn’t take him to the restroom b/c he was going to make a mess on the floor w/ his throw up. Andrew the one that took our order from this IHOP came outside w/ a bad mood screaming at me while we were outside already “no good, no good” I of course scream back at him “ I did ask for paper towels” he just went back inside.
My food was just being bagged up when i got there and my food was hot n fresh! I created my omelette and had pancakes and extra bacon. I enjoyed every bit (so did my picky miniature Bo-Chi)
Good experience. Waiter was extremely nice! Just had to wait a bit initially but they could be because they might be understaffed. But overall the experience was great
Employees were standing right behind our table gossiping and making lots of noise. No masks. If they are bored they should have a brake room to good of in. Food wad perfect.
Food was good, but the workers did awesome, even though they seemed short handed. Family enjoyed our visit.
Terrible service, manager doesn't know what's going on in the restaurant. There's no organization even when their not busy you have to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The manager in the morning allows employees to talk about the customers in a bad way in the kitchen knowing it can be heard at the dinning area of the restaurant. Poorly managed wish i could give zero stars.
Would give 1/2 a star if we could. Very disappointed, unsatisfactory and rude not to mention discrimination! The 2 older ladies rude slamming things and the other lady at the front and I quote “I’m the only hostess be patient with me alright” to then see 3 hosts on the floor seating and serving a particular race groups first while having us waiting to then serving drinks n taking orders to others that completely came 10-15 mins after us and not seating us to then after seating is not taking our drinks/orders. Don’t even head into the restrooms there was literally dunk on the side on the floor and and blood stains on the floor No toilet paper and all trash was full how unsanitary! Will not be returning here do yourself a favor as well and go to another location! Oh and around this season time No hot chocolate
