I had not been to a Hooters in 20 years, but was invited for dinner and this is where we went. We were Greeted by Tiegen and she was very nice. Our Bartenders Taylor and Tierra made us some great tasting drinks, they were also fun to be around. Our Waitress was very attentive. I ordered buffalo shrimp and they were delicious. The Atmosphere was so much fun and I really enjoyed the different genres of music.I will definitely go back to this Hooters. I Highly recommend you go and ask for the bartenders I mentioned.
Haven’t been here in a long time and was pretty disappointed. We use to go every week with my kids and we loved the wings. Back then it was freshly made ranch and blue cheese dressing. Now it’s out of a bottle. The blue cheese actually had real blue cheese chunks back then. Not anymore, so disappointing. Restaurants continue to cut back on all the wrong things and Hooters is apparently no different. SO STUPID. I won’t be going back. Wings were over cooked and burnt and the wing sauce covered about 2/3rds of the wings.
First time at a Hooters and I gotta say that the food is as good as people say it is. I got the mile high burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. As for the curly fries, I think they'd be better if they were a lot more crispy, but the seasoning on them is amazing. The staff were friendly and relatively good at checking up on us. Overall, this was a great experience.
My wife and I decided to stop at Hooters at 720 Central in Plano Texas for lunch today. The location was not very busy but we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone asked what we wanted to drink and another 5 minutes to bring us two glasses of water. And then we were ignored for another 8-10 minutes. Finally we were asked what we wanted an we said we don't know, we have not seen a menu. The waitress pointed at a QR code on an ad stuck to the table that she had put our drinks on and said there's the menu. I told her I didn't want to have to use my phone to look at the menu and she agrees to bring us printed menus. Neither she or anyone else ever returned to out table. A good 8-10 minutes later I saw her pick up a squirt bottle of cleaning agent and start wiping the windows at the back of the place. That's when my wife said she'd wait long enough and I agreed and we left. We wasted 30 -35 minutes in a slow restaurant and NEVER got waited on. Don't waste your time at this restaurant, spend your time at a restaurant that actually wants your business.
went today got seated at 6:30 at 8 asked for food waitresses had forgotten to put order in. spoke with manager in charge doesn't know anything about customer service, was trying to fight me in the middle of restaurant while on phone with corporate. sorry place never again
Short staffing at my hotel made early check-in impossible so passed the time at my favorite wing joint! Great food and fun times with other patrons at the bar. Bonus, the bartender,Taylor was phenomenal! Friendly, prompt, professional and helping out all over the restaurant! You better stop in and say ? You'll be impressed!
I love this place. I always have a good lunch here. The chicken wings are awesome and so is the service. These girls really Hustle and also I love how it's located downtown

I love the shrimp and wings here. Service is poor maybe mediocre sometimes. I don't like showing up with good energy and dealing with waitresses that don't know how to be polite and like their too good to serve. If you don't wanr to wait on customers or be working during football night don't work at hooters. Arelia. Cute and not mean but absolutely rude, dry, and lacks manners. If I was a herk I wouldn't have tipped at all. I'm a good tipper and decide to tip out of courtesy and she don't even say thanks. I won't let her serve me again. Hooters went down over years and now I remember why. Who cares if you got cute ladies. This is Texas. Beautiful woman everywhere. Train your girls and focus on good happy service. NEXT TIME ILL TAKE MY FOOD TO GO. YUCK ON ATTITUDE HERE. JUST YUCK. Go work a Kroger.
My waitress was Miranda, she was very attentive, my food was hot and delicious. The only complaint I have is the kitchen served me coleslaw without dressing because they were out.
