Our family has been coming here for years. They offer a wide selection of products including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. They also have a wonderful deli counter. Their stand-up coolers carry specialty products (wagyu, organ meat, femur bones) and ice cream/pies. You can also find an assortment of wood for smoking.Sometimes the wait can be long, but hang in there. The customer service is great and their products are definitely worth it. This butcher shop has been a staple in the community for a long time and is a gem of Plano. Definitely a must for the discerning carnivore.
Got 20 pounds of fresh Boudin and 10 lbs of Andouille, for a crawfish boil. I smoked the Boudin and everyone stated that it was the bestAndouille they have ever had...

Their meats are awesome and service is as good as it can be, given the crowds.I walked in and was #42. They were on #10.Guess it took around 40 mins to get served. Sat in my car listening to Christmas music for 30 mins.Not sure they can do anything about it. Staff is going as fast as they can.Just LOTS of demand.Good problem to have, I suppose.

Got some wet aged ribeye and hot Italian sausage. The sausage was the best of its kind I've ever had. I overcooked the ribeye and it was still tender. No more grocery store meat for me. I wonder if they could cut some picanha though, that's my favorite cut.
My heritage is Eastern European on one side and Pennsylvania Dutch on the other. When they wean you off the baby bottle they hand you a sausage! (Or very nearly). Suffice it to say that I come from a long line of meat eaters and over 60+ years I’ve had some of the best, including Amish raised and fed. This meat market is the real deal and I’ve had nothing but great products from them. The staff is quick, friendly, and completely competent. Did I mention I really like meat? You will too once you taste these cuts above the rest.
