My experience should be a zero because I didn't get any service. I walked in with my husband around 9:35pm. There were patrons in the restaurant and all the crew was sweeping amd trying to prepare to close for 10pm. We literally stood there looking at all the leftover over creams at the counter and I kid you not. Not 1 single employee greeted us or even acknowledged us. They had the broken waffle cones bits and over flavors ice creams inside other ice cream flavors that shouldn't be in there! Very sloppy even if they did have a busy day or whatever excuse we'll make for them.I was very turned off and didn't feel like I needed to flag someone down to spend my money anyway. Dear Henry I have been in your establishment many times before and was always greeted and felt excitement for the treat I was about to receive, the ice cream flavors that I did try were pretty good. Also..Please take note, that we all work hard during the pandemic and have choices to spend our inflation money. So please don't scold me or the other less than 5 star reviews for speaking the truth about their experience. Tonight definitely missed the mark. Especially with blue sticky stuff all over the floor and no service.There's no excuse for rude and lazy behavior.

I went tonight with some fellow car enthusiasts for a little ice cream and car show off. Employees were very welcoming, down to earth, and laid back. One of their employees even pulled their mustang around and popped the hood. If you read this, sweet ride! Ice cream was just as perfect as I remember it from back in high school years ago. Go Wildcats! That small hometown feel brought back a flood of memories. Thanks for the laughs and good times tonight.
Awesome local business! We are lucky to live near Henry's Ice Cream and it is a favorite spot for sure. the picture is a quart of their famous triple chocolate.They also make special request ice cream, we asked for Ube (purple japanese sweet potato) and they made us our own ube-coconut ice cream, it was delicious!The staff is very accomodating and patient, we have several kids so it can take a while to get everyone to pick a flavor, especially if they have to share. we have come about a dozen times in a year and we had only great experiences. The ice cream is very good and the service is so friendly, they care for their customers and the community.And a special hat's off to the teenagers who work at Henry's, we had nothing but great experience with enthusiastic kids. I apologize to all teenagers but sometimes they are very reserved or underwhelmed when interacting with customers, but not here, super professional, outgoing and friendly.They also have a cool partnership with Hirsh's meats, where you can get a delicious hot dog at Henry's but you can also get the cappucino frozen pie at the butcher shop. A win-win for everyone to try out local specialties.
Best ice cream I've ever had. Very fun atmosphere! The store has personality. I forget what the flavor I had was officially called, but I was told it used to be called the kitchen sink--it's a combination of all their flavors. Highly recommend this place, not only because it's a local business, but because it's just worth recommending.
Get over here as soon as possible! This place is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed making the trip. SOOOO good!
Was very excited to try this place. I picked my flavor and the staff was unaware they were out until they went to scoop mine. They were also out of the flavor my husband picked. Several of the flavors that I wanted to try all were dyed blue. So I ended up having that looking like a little kid with a blue mouth. The ice cream is somewhat expensive compared to others, but the waffle cones were good. The most off putting part was all the slanderous postings about Chase bank. I get that there obviously was an issue but the several signs and literature on all the tables was a bit much when your just trying to have ice cream with your family.
Disappointing experience. We tried to get the sorbet and the young man said it was too hard to get. Ok, no problem. We then asked what’s in one of the cool named ice creams and he answered, “I don’t know I didn’t make it”. we ended up with only one person in our party getting ice cream and they did say it was good.
First visit! Big scoop! Chocolate gelato is delish! Nice place. Agree re: Chase Bank too!! I recommend Henry's!
Ice cream just ok, had strawberry no bits of strawberries in the ice cream. New to the area, probably won’t be back.
