You came with your parents and husband. And you talk very loud.the whole restaurant can heard your voice. The worker also explained the policy Table for five will be charge to tips. And showed in the menu . And around your table like groups for seven and six customers they bill also added tips too. We happy dining the restaurant in happy lamb to eating . And you don’t want to pay the whole bill. And you brought the the beers to the store. Without telling the restaurant. Happy Lamb is a franchise in the U.S., and I have to say that this location has by far the worst management.We were a party of four, and ordered the first round of all-you-can-eat (out of the 3 rounds). Other than the meat, all other items on the menu was extremely limited in quantity. We thought that, Okay, the portion is a bit small, so let’s order bigger portions for the second round. We ordered 5 dishes of the shrimp, and it came back with four shrimps total! We asked the kitchen, what’s going on? He said, the kitchen determines the amount based on head counts. So, no matter how many dishes we order, we were allowed to have one shrimp per person per round? That’s not all-you-can-eat at all!For context, to show that I am not exaggerating at all, pictured is 3 orders of seaweed knots and beef tripe, for four people. THREE. ORDERS. not one order. Three.Absolutely ridiculous of a place, and the worst management I have ever seen in a Chinese restaurant is Dallas. I would rather go to Haidilao next time and spend 2x amount of money and leave feeling stuffed and satisfied.
service was absolutely amazing and hot pot quality was pretty good! there is a large variety of hot pot content to choose from as well.
Not quite the friendliest or attentive servers. I brought a guest that hadn't ever been to a hot pot place before and the server didn't offer to explain or really answer our questions. Another server made it sound like a stupid question in general. We had to keep flagging them down since they rarely came by for refills on our drinks. It was a Sunday and not that crowded so I'm not sure why. The food was good though. I really recommend the marinated beef!
Service is amazing! Hot pot is a flavorful broth traditionally served inside a large metal pot. The broth is brought to a boil and left simmering for the duration of the meal. Raw ingredients, such as meat and vegetables, are placed into the simmering broth and thus "cooked". You can pick 3 times from a lot of raw ingredients to cook inside the broth. Also a lot of types of noodles ? It's a great experience to share with family and friends!!!

This place is the best hotpot AYCE place I’ve ever had in the country! The appetizer Chicken Wings are very flavorful and juicy. The meat options are limited but are all quality meats. Veggies and handmade meat balls are fresh and delicious. Give it a try! Please be aware that this place is understaffed like everywhere else, but the food is totally worth it!
The experience that my wife and I had was wonderful. We picked the AYCE (all you can eat) option. The selections we chose were delicious and the staff was attentive. We still had many items left to choose from, but we were both full after the first round. I really enjoyed the beef selection while my wife enjoyed her seafood selection. I recommend Happy Lamb to anyone that is craving hot pot.
This was our first time doing hot pot, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly amd attentive, and the food was spot on. We got way more meat than anticipated, and we left quite satisfied.
It was definitely delicious. My husband and I got an assortment of meats, seafood, and veggies. The beef we selected was very tender, so it instantly ripped apart as soon as we ate it. We got the usual seafood items, such as mussels and calamari. The broth had soaked into everything that we put in. Would love to come back just to try the other options on the AYCE menu.
